What can I say. Absolutely unbelievable service from Dawn. From the moment we made contact she was more than happy to help us, she was super efficient, very helpful and had some great advice too.
We had booked an appointment with our bank but it was a few weeks off so we contacted Dawn, everything was done and we had a mortgage and additional funds in place well before the appointment with the bank. We cannot recommend Dawn at the independent mortgage partnership highly enough.

Dawn has been a massive help to me over the last TWO years (sorry Dawn!) that it is has taken me to find the right home. Despite our current deal not coming to an end for a few months Rita was able to get us an equally good deal for a period of time of our choice. The process was completely painless, as you know you can trust entirely the information you are given. Since contacting Rita of The IMP some years ago regarding a house purchase she has been efficient, smart and thorough in all our mortgage questions and associated requirements such as insurance. We have consulted Rita over the years on such matters and she has always had an incredible ability to help us make sense of things; it is very reassuring for us to be able to talk things through with an expert that we trust. Couldn’t of asked for a better mortgage advisor! Bought my first home during however many lockdowns and push backs and Dawn was always there helping me and making sure everything was sorted. Always available on the other end of the phone or would text whenever you needed anything or any questions/queries. Nothing was too much trouble which put me at ease with it being my first mortgage. I don't normally write reviews but feel compelled to testify how impressed I am with Rita. This was my third company regarding equity release and I wish I'd met her earlier. Rita, I felt went the extra mile, it really felt like she had me by the hand. She's friendly, professional and explains things in simple terms. I've already recommended her to a friend, she made the lifetime mortgage appealing to me, other companies had me terrified!

Absolutely brilliant service. Dawn was the second mortgage broker i had spoken with and there is no comparison. Dawn is very driven and knowledgable. Nothing was to much trouble. She was always on the other end of the phone if we had any questions and gave us regular updates. I am so glad i found her as i dont think we would have secured a mortgage without her.

The service that Rita provided was second to none. Rita left no stone un turned in requesting all required documentation that the lender went on to request. My wife and I now have the mortgage we required that other advisors thought not possible. This is the second property that I have secured a mortgage through Rita (First time buyer and now self-employed mortgage). If we are are to require a mortgage in the future, it'll be a no brainer where I go to seek assistance.
