The chair has not arrived and there is no communication regarding any updates for the chair.

Very Long waiting time for product delivery and very high cost.
Payment mode - only card transfer & no internet banking or other payment modes.
Tracking the status of product delivery - very poor or no updates even after full payment for more than 15 days.
Only reason to order in steel case is - Organization preferred one and no competing vendors.
Choices to select products - No options given.
Product quality - I couldn't comment now, since I have not received it.

I do not see a point of asking for feedback while the product is not yet shipped after two weeks of placing order.

It has been more than 15 days since the order was placed and there has been no information about the status of shipping. Repeated emails requesting status of the shipment did not get any response.

It would have been very helpful if the Steelcase products be delivered directly to Tier 2 Cities

There is no clarity on when the Product will be delivered. There is no invoice inspite of full amount being transferred already. There is no place to track the status.
All your customer care knows is, it will be delivered in two weeks, That is there on your website too!!

I got my chair delivered yesterday. Delivery wise everything is good.
But the chair which I got was unassembled and it is recommended not to assemble by ourselves.

I am waiting for any installation guy will come and do it and it is not easy to do it by ourselves.

But I don't have any information related to assembling of the chair.

I still don't have the timelines for the delivery .A tracking mechanism would help.
Am not sure when i would recover the product and i have a out station trip planned

The agent was helpful but you guys did not email me the invoice, no clue where my order is, no tracking details etc. no phone support. Bad experience

Buying experience is good, but the delivery experience is poor, the updates are very poor and unable to contact the courier guy.

The website is clean and easy to negotiate. I would have liked the ability to see larger details of the products and a 3D viewing capability and also a way to compare features and details of different products. Overall a fairly smooth purchase experience.

It will be around a month soon while I booked a chair but didn't get the delivery. Upon contacting the support, I have been notified that I will be getting the delivery after another 20-25 days. There is no way I can track the status/ progress. The reason has been presented as a delay due to COVID-19.

No clear update on estimated delivery whatsoever and you guys are asking for a feedback already.
At least ship the product, been days and no updates at all.

I haven't recieved any intimation on where my order is. Would be better if i recieve an update.

Its a great customer support from your side and try to include a order cancel option in order column itself instead of typing a mail to you.
