Avoid! Taking money for items they don't actually have – Order No: 54916**
I am beyond
frustrated with Nilkamal Homes. I placed an order (**Order No: 54916**) on April 22nd and paid the full amount upfront, only to be told later that the bed is "out of stock." Now, they expect me to wait 5 to 10 working days just to get my own money back.
What makes this truly dishonest is that the same bed is **still listed as "available"** on their website right now. It is completely misleading to take a customer's full payment for an item you don't have while continuing to advertise it to other unsuspecting buyers.
This has wasted over a week of my time and ruined my personal plans. I didn’t pay in full to have my funds held for weeks; I paid to receive the furniture I ordered.
**To Nilkamal Homes:** I want the bed I ordered, not a delayed refund process. Please stop with the automated excuses and provide a real solution. I hope this review warns others to be very careful before trustingly paying this company upfront.

Think before you buy any item through online platform and the Return and Refund policy is not customer friendly. I happened to buy one article and ultimately was denied refund, as the item cannot be exchanged and can be exchanged if found defective. The customer doesn't have the privilege of returning if the item doesn't meet the requirement as is being done with other online shopping platforms. Hence, I would recommend not to buy any article from @home online and the customer will be disappointed.
