It was really a nice experience speaking to Mr.Dustin Wellman. He was really professional and humble , and also made me understand whatever query I had and of course he is so helpful in every manner.

5 stars: Excellent – no reservations, I would recommend this company to anyone.

After I experienced some very frustrating issues with a past affiliate of theirs, they called me directly, listened to my concerns and worked on my behalf to solve the problem. I was very impressed with the lengths they were willing to go to make me a happy client.

The entire process was easy and each of the staff members I worked with were friendly, helpful, and quick in their responses. What's even more impressive is that years after my formation, they remain responsive my questions and an actual live person answers the phone when I call. Total win!

I filed for a C-corp. Paid for express package and I was sent back with a bunch of forms after 7 weeks. I used a different company who handled everything at a much cheaper rate, on time and I did not have to stress over filling confusing forms with no guide.

I am a third time business owner. I always used spiegel and utrera, but I figured I would look around. I got a very nice call from Daniel trying to sell a $450.00 package. I told him I did not want to pay that much and always paid about $200-250. He said there is no way I will get real llc for that and my house, car, and possessions would be at jeopardy. He said they would be fake documents and not filed correctly. As if the other lawyers can not file simple paperwork to legitimize my business with the state. He said he would not waste his time with me and hung up the phone on me. I filed minutes later with spiegel and utrera. Daniel Morgan calls me agian a week later like we were best friends. I soon told him he was disingenuous about the business package, and agian told me " I don't have time for you" and hung up. Maybe it is just one bad rep but he presented himself as a lawyer.

I was very skeptical of using an online company to file our LLC. Chris was amazing from start to finish. He originally talked to my partner first and then to both of us as we finished our filing process. I literally had a long list of questions I wanted answered before I felt comfortable enough to file our LLC with their company. I was very straight forward with my questions and I wanted detailed answers. Chris handled answering all of my questions with ease and knowledge. I told him at the end of our conversation that he could handle any situation/person after surviving my interrogation. I am not an easy person to please and win over but Chris did just that. excellent and prompt assistance. very reliable legal counsel. i was seeking advice and direction regarding the appropriate application of a LLC relative to my architectural practice and Christopher responded with great clarity and advice.

Chris was great! I had only partially submitted my application and had to leave my computer. To my surprise, Chris called me! I was able to complete my application on the fly. This was a big time saver as time is short when you are running your own business.

I had placed my order (Express Processing) at 01/05/2017 but not yet get registration on NY State Inc.

When I pay them for Express Processing Fee $49, the said that process by same day.

I always get 1 day service from another company.

Still I didn't get my registration.

I am going to complain against this fake company .Inc for Free. company.

Such a genuine person who was so courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and an incredible listener. The advice he gave me was unbelievable. He spent over an hour with me being so attentive to everything I was saying and steered me in the right direction. INC priority is so lucky to have Chris as part of their team. I spoke with Steven not knowing in the least what I was doing, nor did I know what I needed to begin my business.
