Independence van lines surprised us and in a very positive way. The guys know how to move a whole family without delays and for a price that won't break the bank. For me, these things were important because without a good price we would be never able to move so swiftly and quickly. Job well done by all the guys.

Just worked with them yesterday and I can't say enough wonderful things about this company. The team was so kind and thoughtful. They took the time to make sure all my stuffs were carefully wrapped, and they moved everything carefully. They also communicated excellently with me all through the process. If you are thinking of using this company, I highly recommend them.
I had a peaceful mind, knowing that my things were well taken care of during the move.

They called before arriving, and the company was quick to answer my calls every single time before the move. They checked in with the dispatcher to give me updated estimated arrival during the arrival window and I really felt that they took customer service seriously even after the move was booked!

It was amazing. I have been looking so much which service to get for a easy moving and I am glad I choose Independence Van Lines. Very friendly And hardworking workers. They packed everything quite quick and neat. Highly recommended

A+++ experience from the moment i got an estimate from you. True professionalism is hard to come by, but you exert it on every level. I'm really pleased and couldnt ask for anything more, especially now with so many restrictions because of COVID-19. More people should use you without a shadow of a doubt!

I have nothing bad to say these guys were professional and classy. Clean cut strong guys moved my stuff with expertise. I didnt have to lift a single thing. Very punctual and professional.

These guys were absolutely awesome. The crew of guys were very respectful and really seemed to enjoy their job. They brought great vibes and high energy. There's nothing worse than a worker who does not enjoy their jobs and these guys were not that at all. They came to work and made what I felt to be a unattainable task seem like light work. A lot of people would not go out of their way to even help pack things and let alone do any extra work so its really cool that all their customers are happy!

Thanks to Independence my move went very smoothly. As moving is already beyond stressful they provided a service that was satisfactory. The professionalism this company practices reduced my stress from the chaos of the move. Everything was all out of sorts. I did not have time to get all my items packed in time. When the crew arrived they showed up ready for work and packed the rest of my things nice and neat and took it a step further than myself and labled the boxes. Very thankful i hired them.

If i could give then stars then i would but it seems that's not really possible. However, five stars for starters is a good gagude of their effectiveness. Giving independence van lines a call, you'll know that they are fully committed to making you a happy customer and will do everything possible to make that happen. Nothing more to add here!

Our stuff arrived last night...there is one broken coffee table and they explained the reimbursement process so I'm pretty relieved with that. Everything else looks good, and considering this was a three bedroom move, i think they did a pretty good job, considering all the circumstances.

Not much to say except that they did a fantastic job and stuck to their guns when it came to relocation expertise. If I could give independence van lines more than fice stars then I definitely would because in my opinion they deserve it for their hard work in making this move go smoothly.

I give independence van lines five stars for moving us under difficult conditions in the middle of the coronavirus epidemic. They used plenty of precautions and safety measures to make sure that they, us, and all of our things were safe. Professionalism throughout the whole move without a shadow of a doubt.

We had alot of stuff and alot of it is expensive and antique. I gave clear directions to the moving men at independence van lines and they followed all of them to a T. I really cant complain about anything when you guys do such a good job. I dont know honestly what i would even do without you, it would be kind of a mess!

Very good work with no major complaints on my end. As a moving company, I think independence van lines is definitely one of the better choices out there, even if you are on a budget like myself.

Our move took 3 weeks which is what I was expecting. From New Jersey to Detroit Michigan so that I could start my new job. I'm pleased head over heels that everything went so quickly and without any hiccups.

To me, long distance moving is no easy task after I saw what these guys go through all the time. It takes a lot of hard work and dedication to make sure your things arrive safely when they should. I consider myself lucky having a group if hardworking guys like Independence van lines in my corner go make sure everything went smoothly. If you need good movers, give them a call they will do a good job.

We were on a serious budget so i needed a moving company that would truly "work" with, us offer a payment plan, give a discount, something. Independence van lines did all of that plus more, making our move possible. I wanted to thank my sales rep, Mark, along with everyone that was involved in our move. Could not do this without you!!
