Great team and feel supportive overall during the business set up and education. The app from both admin and patient view could use some improvements but otherwise so far so good.
App issues leading to unsatisfied clients...
Overall I am so excited to be a part of Hydreight. I love the concept and the freedom the platform allows me to run a unique clinical business. That said, the app is unreliable and I run into tech issues routinely. This leaves me feeling anxious about barriers outside of my control that could occur during a service and my clients have expressed frustration with the app.
Most recently I had to leave a patient that was actively in pain without a service after I was called out because of multiple app problems. Without being able to get ahold of a provider (attempting a scheduled appointment and an on the spot service), I ultimately had to cancel everything and was forced to leave the client very unsatisfied for having wasting their time and providing them zero assistance with pain relief. These inconsistencies and barriers with the app translate into a bad reputation for my business and myself. I'm fearful that without more dependable technology, the platform creates more harm than good for me.

It's become SLIGHTLY easier to obtain supplies but still a hassle having to get some things delivered to the UPS store, some things to the business location. And different services are challenging to set up for example patients receiving NAD, it never works going through the app.
App is not easy to use

Their pharmacy personnel are wonderful!!! I’m so happy I took the leap

Trying to get supplies is horrible. Only certain pharmacies will deliver to certain states. One pharmacy has been out of stock for the last 4 months, and I have been waiting for address approval for the last 15 weeks so I can order from another pharmacy. The address approval was supposed to be 4 to 6 weeks.

As a nurse there is alot of positive but the APP is very frustrating and training is very frustrating and condescending. I wish there was a real liver person you can talk things through but not the ones you currently have who know very little There is so much potential here but lots of room for improvement

I like that it is a plug and play , but I am a little confused on patient charting and how to do inventory . I wish there were more videos on how the app and back office admin works .
Beware of eager recruiters
Beware of eager recruiters saying “you can work anywhere you’re licensed”
It’s a 15 mile radius. You can only work in the state you live in. Anything else requires special permission. Indiana made mobile medspa services illegal as of 7-1-26.
No phone numbers to speak to anyone; only emails. Lots of condescending webinars and auto reply emails.
In a meeting, a marketing representative stated “A nurse emailed me, Alexa D, to ask how to insert an IV…yeah I’ll let the rest of you sit in silence like I did.”

If you are considering Hydreight, make a list of questions, make an appointment with someone who IS NOT a recruiter, and record the conversation because they are recording you as soon as you download the app or use the software.

The response time to my question/concern was answered very efficiently.
It could be better
They provide a service that no one else does. However, the app is awful and trying to get an account transferred from one business admin to another has been a nightmare.
