I had Gary visit my home today for my hearing test. A very nice and well mannered young man and I found him very easy to interact with.
He was in noway pushy with the various hearing devices which is what I've experienced with previous company's and found it off putting.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Gary to any potential customers in the future.

I had my first ever hearing test today and unsurprisingly the results were as I'd predicted. I do need hearing aids; my ability to hear high pitched noise has diminished severely. Joanna arrived bang on time, to the minute. She talked me through everything she was going to do in advance. She made sure I was comfortable throughout... and refused copious offers of tea! The test itself was an interesting experience and was done thoroughly and efficiently. Fortunately I qualify for the free hearing aids on offer, which is great, and Joanna was very considerate in my choice go ahead with these. I tried an expensive pair of aids during our meeting, which were fabulous, but there was never any pressure at all to order those. I look forward to being fitted with the free aids next week... and will absolutely contact Joanna and the team again to purchase the better aids once I get used to my initial pair. A brilliant service, that I would recommend to everyone. Thank you.

Rebecca explained everything thoroughly and was very chatty and friendly.
The thirty day peace of mind guarantee eases my Mum's mind. Hopefully she will get used to the hearing aids and all will be well.

Martina came to our nursing home today to complete a hearing test and fit demo hearing aids for one of our residents.. she was amazing with her..slowly explaining everything to her..checking for understanding and offering reassurance.. and adding in some humour along the way..this made the resident completely at ease

Martina was really amazing with my Grandmother who was really out of sorts since her hearing aids stopped working. Martina was so friendly and chatty and she showed us both how to clean them and change the filters, she was really thorough and so patient. The at home service is really fantastic. Thanks Martina

Extremely unprofessional customer service. The hearing aids are faulty, and they refuse to issue a refund. Instead, they are pressuring customers to pay for defective products!They want to send someone to fix it, and even if it still doesn’t work, they won’t give your money back. Instead, they'll just send another person who supposedly knows even more than the previous ones! The point is to make sure you pay the €2,500.
They deny the 30-day money-back guarantee and might only refund your money after the 30 days—if at all!

Had my hearing test today with Gary Wallace from Independent Living and Hearing at home. Saw advert on Facebook filled in details was contacted the next day had test done within the week. Gary was so professional at his job made you feel relaxed and explained all about the grant and not pushing any purchase on you.
