Couldn’t recommend Nay and the team highly enough!
As first time buyers it was very daunting going into but Nay made sure we always knew what was going on and understood fully and when we didn’t she would rephrase it until we did. We had heard a lot of horror stories of how stressful it all could be and we was nervous going into it, Nay completely put me at ease and made it feel effortless and even fun, No question with Nay was a silly question and we had a lot as we had no clue on what we was doing

We also had Kelly help us getting insurances again we had the same experience with Kelly making sure and rephrasing to help us understand anything we was unsure about and answering all our questions.

We are so grateful to the team for their help and patience and for making what we thought would be a daunting task fun and exciting!

I have been using IMA for 10 years to find the best mortgage deals for my flat and then my house. Liane always provides top professional service and has so much experience and advice. Recently working with Paige on the remortgage has been easy. Communication is always fast and clear. Always highly recommend.

Ian and Ellie are incredibly helpful, they provide a quick and effective mortgage service. They go above and beyond, I would highly recommend!

We needed to renew some life insurance policies and found IMA spot on, having used them before for a remortgage. Ellie Thomas looked after us brilliantly providing good advice and maintaining friendly and helpful communications throughout the process - despite our local doctors surgery taking over 6 months to supply our medical records. Would highly recommend these guys and will be using again in the future!

Independent Mortgage Associates really made the difference. The bank we selected had a TERRIBLE idea to use an outsourced company (Integrar) for the mortgage process. They were terrible, but Paige Wegener helped us, including dealing with them and I can assure without their support and help, we would not gone though the painful process.
