Unprofessional poor service

Yesterday I purchased 3 products which claimed an offer of 3 for 2. Today I received an email stating a system 'glitch' and I can't get my purchase as it was cheapest one free. The offer did not specify anything except 'Sitewide' however according to the the person on the what's app...All 3 for 2 offers are cheapest one free and everybody knows that...really??Clearly this business has no idea how to advertise. Then the person posts my query on Facebook which is unprofessional and immature. Pathetic service, will never purchase here again. I did request full refund.

Hi Aarthi Thank you for your feedback , so we did mention in our email that there was system glitch that we took up with our technical website server. We did offer you a few options in which we mentioned that the 3 for 2 Sale is very common in which the customer gets the cheapest one free and not the expensive one ? In your case the system glitch was you got the the expensive one free and paid for the 2 cheapest ones. This does not cover our costs for customs clearance nor shipping to South Africa unless you want to pay 50% customs & duty fees along with handling fees and VAT on top of your purchase price then we can definitely do that for you ;) you are paying way more than the actual 3 for 2 Promo Price ( you are more than welcome to calculate :) )

So our options as stated in the email was to refund you if you did not want to pay the difference , alternatively select another outfit in the cheapest range to qualify for the 3 for 2.

You chose the refund and we refunded you the same day :)

Unfortunately we are not working on a high margin as we operate from Home so we like to ensure our clients are getting the best service from us at affordable pricing in 2024 :)

Our services have not met up to your expectation we do apologize you are more than welcome to shop elsewhere , where businesses offer the expensive one for FREE and you only pay for the cheapest one .

Thank you for your valuable feedback :)

Disappointed

Dress was advertised under your immediately available stock but arrived 3 days after the wedding (17 days after order) despite WhatsApp messages saying it would be delivered the beginning of the week.
In future please do not place items in your “available in stock” category if it is not.
The disappointment was massive!

Horrible experience

Horrible experience! Product wasn't stitched neatly at all...material was bunched in places and front pattern was skew. As I would be unable to wear the garment as is I asked for a replacement of the exact same item. Hawa was rude...said there's nothing wrong with the item and I would have to pay a further R350 for them to try and get it replaced. Also said a discounted item cannot be returned. Will not shop there again.
