We booked with Bobby he gave good info and advice on cruise booked and stays,not gone on cruise as yet as Christmas 2024,been intouch since with various questions which were answered promptly by several different agents on chat and email,paperwork arrived promptly as promised,so far customer service good,will review again after holiday,

We have just booked a NCL Asian cruise with Mike of Infinity Cruises.He couldn’t have been more helpful and arranged an add on as requested. We are very much looking forward to our holiday and will provide a further review on our return.

Excellent service again from Mike . Always takes time and listens to your requests to get you the best package to suit your budget . Have used many cruise companies but the last 4 cruises booked with infinity have been excellent.

Recently returned from trip to Kuala Lumpur followed by NCL cruise and then 5 night stay in Bali. Booked with Infinity because it seemed competitively priced. Couldn’t fault booking process and all arrangements worked well. Only thing is that I guess you get what you pay for, hotel in KL was poor and not well situated. Hotel in Bali was fine (although there were nicer ones a stroll away) but room was definitely the least expensive in the hotel. All in all satisfied with trip, but could have been better

We’ve just returned from a very enjoyable Far Eastern cruise, with hotel stays, which I booked through Infinity. From the original booking to the end of the cruise everything was so well organised and documented in the itinerary. The 2 hotels that were booked for us pre cruise and after the cruise were of a good standard and in convenient locations for the attractions. We’ve already got our next cruise to Japan booked through Infinity. They are also very competitively price. Would definitely recommend.

We dealt with Eric who spent some time and effort to give us the best package. Leaving on the 29th Dec to Bali with Qatar then a cruise on Celebrity Millennium ending with 2 nights in Singapore. The flights and all prebooked transfers worked well and the cabin on board was ideally situated. I would trust Eric and Infinity Cruises on another packaged holiday.

Booked the cruise in Feb 23 for December Asia cruise from Bali leaving 4th Jan The flights were good timing through Singapore. The only downside were the rooms in the Bali resort over New Year till joining cruise. Infinity will review and not use again. Celebrity were great food and entertainment was super. Unfortunately we were forced to leave at Port Klang due to family emergency. Staff at Infinity were supportive and Eric has kept in contact since our return

Bobby was very helpful and went out of his way to get us to were we needed to be.

Very happy and experienced man by the name of Bobby listened to what we wanted and gave us good advice and different options.Fast to get back to you so only hope we are as happy with our holiday

On booking, Mike was,very calm, helpful, explained everything, answered questions and organised the holiday efficiently.

Mike has been very helpful in explaining and planning our forthcoming cruise trip to India and Asia.

Eric was brilliant.He went out his way to change our flights and hotel to suite our needs.for our holiday in November 2024.i have booked previously with him and have found that the customer service is excellent.

After informing Mike of what we wanted, he said he would call back and never did.we rang and arranged to get full cruise details that he said he would send us and we are still waiting. Shoddy service. We decided to give infinity a miss and booked the cruise package with imagine cruises Given that the cruise package was about £8000, infinity missed out on our booking.

My Asia holiday including a Celebrity Cruise was booked with Mike. I found Mike to be very polite and extremely helpful. He phoned me back when arranged and it was easy to discuss changes to my booking.
I had a problem with indirect flights when confirmed and expressed my upset to Mike. He talked through my concerns with me and changed my flights accordingly.
I am very happpy with the service I received and would use this company again - specifically asking for Mike. Thank you.

Can be a lot better at booking for larger groups. Don’t even respond to emails once escalated.
