I purchased a Jack A5E-AMH. It’s my first industrial machine so opted for the set up and a demonstration along with my delivery. Charlie delivered the machine, set it up and gave me a comprehensive lesson on how it worked. He was polite, respected my property and gave a fab lesson. Thank you.

Machine Servicing

I recently had my machines, 2 industrial and 1 domestic, serviced with Infinity Sewing. I am very, very happy with the results. All issues resolved and they are running beautifully again. Charles was very helpful and prompt with replying to emails and phonecalls to book it in. I had a home visit, on a Sunday too! The engineer Neil was very friendly and provided a first class service. Highly recommended and would definitely use again!

Delivered as ordered on time. Needed needles for my sail right sewing machine. These are as recommended by Sailright so very happy , plus they actually do fit the machine and appear to be robust and worth the money for a specialist quality product.

Brother DB7 needed servicing, engineer came round and was very swift and thorough. Taught me a lot about the history of my machine, and showed me all I needed to know!

The Juki DDL-8700 Lockstitch Straight Stitch Flatbed Industrial Sewing Machine which I bought was just as advertised.
Charles was able to give detailed instructions on its maintenance.
The delivery was also made based on my schedule which was really helpful.
