Liz and team were absolutely brilliant. It was for a caravan awning repair which we only realised we needed at the start of this season, when, whilst putting it up, watched the stitching disintegrate before our eyes. Other machinists were quoting 5-7 weeks. Liz, appreciating our predicament and the urgency, turned it round in less than 3 days and called me up on a bank holiday Sunday to tell me it was ready. The price was well under what I'd expected to pay. I am, by nature and years, a grumpy old bloke, but I can't speak too highly of Independent Sewing Services.

Very happy with service -quick, efficient response to my request and explained via email re measurements required.

Quick supply of product (the next day) once payment received.

Straps of high quality leather and beautifully made -more comfortable than original straps, and were a very reasonable price.

I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to anyone who is maybe waiting a long time for an orthotic review!

i suffered a massive stroke and use an AFO to enable me to walk ( not that well but walk all the same ) . i looked about the net for replacement straps and i found Independent Sewing Services Ltd
sewing-services.co.uk . liz was great with me and got me custom-made straps at a very reasonable price and very well made . i do not hesitate in giving them 100% and would happily recommend to everybody . thanks for taking a weight off me i did not know where i would have got a replacement strap . thank you
