Our financial advisor was excellent at explaining the process of obtaining our financial goals and acting upon the financial advice given. Advice was made clear to us using examples and different scenarios. The process was at a pace which suited us and fitted around our changing schedules.

At my annual review Greg Crawford always gives a comprehensive (and simply-understandable!)overview of my situation. For a recent financial transaction IFP gave me all the necessary information and the process was very simple.

My initial experience has been very positive. The staff at IFP have done a good job analysing and explaining to me what my current financial position is and the path forward towards retirement planning. The steps that they outlined are now being taken and, so far, the experience has been exactly as explained to me at the outset. I have not awarded 5 stars because I would like to see how well their investment strategy and our interaction works out over the coming year.

IFP have also been very quick to respond and good to deal with, but one employee in particular (Laura from the Hessle office) went above and beyond recently in helping us to sort a pension move and in hitting some 5th April deadlines. Thanks very much Laura; very much appreciated.

Joe gave clear advice about my pension, talking through different options in an easy to understand way. He and his assistant Jamie ensured the transfer of my pension from my previous provider was stress free and I was kept fully informed throughout the process.

I went for advice about changing the long term investment I had had with them to an alternative investment fund. As always, I received good advice, following a series of questions regarding my circumstances and intentions. The team, from receptionists to advisors, are very friendly, understanding and helpful. On this occasion, it was Charlie Hewson who advised me, answered any concerns and organised the transfer. A big thank you to him and the team!

Having met Darren Goodall to discuss pensions drawdown and investment strategies I came away impressed with the depth and breadth of his knowledge, his can do attitude and personable approach. I would be happy to recommend him to a friend.
