The whole process was very easy, it wasn't made complicated and every single step was explained to me. A representative from Informed Financial Planning, came to my house, I didn't feel pressured and I could back out at any time.

They have been very pleased with the service offered and the recommendations most of the time. They are not perfect, the odd recommendation didn’t go as planned, I’m sure all IFA encounter this, it was quickly resolved to my parents satisfaction though.
My father passed away in 2021 and Gregg and his team were there to assist in sorting out the transfer of investment etc into my mother’s name and made recommendation for changes to investments due to the change of circumstances.
Informed Financial Planning are not the cheapest nor the most expensive, but I feel their fees are fair based on the service they offer. I would recommend them to anyone seeking financial advice

Gregg Crawford and the team based at Hessle have always been a source of dependable financial advice to my mother who is 95 and me since my father died just over 10 years agp. We have been a client of Informed Financial Planning for over a decade, I have complete trust in their advice. When we have asked questions or put forward idea's, they have been listened to by our adviser (Josh) and he has advised within the scope of the discussion, sometimes making a better suggestion than our original thought.
