WARNING - Untrustworthy company Avoid
Delays in shipment and when a shipment did arrive it was incomplete.
Emails advised additional items ordered would arrive in 3-5 days time, which never happened and when emailed for ETA advised delivery would be a few weeks.
Returned under their 60 day return policy, however nothing was refunded after a week and again when questioned advised 5-7 business days more .

Other parts to be received within days of initial shipment never arrived.
Quote from Joyce at Infraredi "You should receive the amount within 5-7 business days." This was 7 days after units was returned

Hi David,
We apologise for the delays in shipping your pre-order device. However, when you purchased we thought you were aware that this was only a pre-order and that the shipping date may be adjusted.
The reason your device wasn't shipped within the estimated timeframe is because we were making some software updates to improve how the device functions, based off initial feedback from our customers.
In terms of your refund, we require some time for the team to receive and review your device to ensure it's in good condition before we can issue the refund.
We did not advise you that it would take a further 5-7 days for us to issue your refund. We advised it may take 5-7 days to reach your bank account. This timeframe is out of our control as it's up to the banks to process the refund once it has been issued.
Edit: Here's Joyce's quote in it's entirety for appropriate context: "I have gone ahead and processed a full refund for your order. Your funds will be credited to the payment card associated with your purchase. You should receive the amount within 5-7 business days."
So Joyce issued the refund and said it will be received in your bank account within 5-7 days. This is how long it can take the banks to process the refund, as stated in my initial response.

Shipping takes a while but overall I am happy that I've finally received my order
Have received my order after 3 weeks of following up in the end. Overall happy with the product so far after two days of usage. But I think Infraredi can improve on their communication regarding to shipping.

Order hasn’t shipped after 10 days!
Ordered 10 days ago and my order hasn’t shipped yet! Up until I placed my order, the customer service was great and answered all my questions etc. But after I placed my order, they don’t answer questions as fast, and they make excuses about why the order hasn’t shipped. They also keep saying it’s going to ship “today or tomorrow” - but nothing happens.
Once it ships it takes 7-10 days to arrive which means, depending on when it ships, that I will receive my order 3-4 weeks after i placed it. Which I think is just way too big a delay.
In a situation like this I would - if the company was mine - send with expedited shipping so customers didn’t have to wait as long. Or provide a large discount on the item. I could have ordered from a ton of other webpages and I would have had an infrared device by now…

Prompt despatch of item, well packaged. Infraredi available to answer questions which is important. I bought it for my daughter and she feels it is indeed helping her injured foot.

Brilliant device. Infraredi lite.
Brilliant device I have used it everyday since I received it. I have the Infraredi lite, it’s compact and easy to store in my bathroom. Highly recommended especially for sleep improvement and skin complexion!

I have been using the Infraredi everyday since I brought it and I love it . I use the red light on my face and the infrared on my hip and have noticed a huge difference in both appearance of skin and the disappearing soreness in hip . Highly recommend .

Product is awesome!
Product is awesome and is a great addition to the home. Wonderful for muscle recovery and overall stress reduction. Can’t imagine living without it now! Shipping too was relatively quick. Thanks infraredi.
