It's always a pleasant experience when Carl (Yarranton) comes and empty's our bins, he's a very friendly guy and gets the job done quickly and efficiently. Trustworthy to be let in and do what he needs to without supervision and always provides a professional approach :)

We have been using Initial washroom hygiene ltd for several years.
Colin is our regular attendant. Over that period of time Colin is always polite, friendly, respectful and professional.
He leaves our washroom sanitary bin clean, smelling nice and ready for the next user.
Many thanks to both Colin and Initial for looking after us!

mindful & respectful
during collection craig is very mindful and respectful of our patients . but alwasy has enough time for a quick hello with the staff . he is also quick and neat at his job . we are very happy with his service

The attendant was really respectful and professional. He came in, introduced himself well and stated his purpose. After his work he let us know he was done. He communicated well with us in all. He does his job well on the whole.
