I have been with INIZ since Oct 2016 utilising the unmanaged service. That means I have to administer the VPS by myself, which includes security hardening against hackers and ensuring the CPU load is not exceeded. Kishan has been lenient and allowing me to fix the problems on my own.

There were few incidents at my server location, but they look quite unavoidable. I have learnt to adapt to the situations by having back up plans while INIZ has also tried their best to resolve the issues.

Through the years, we have learnt to be more understanding and patient with any issues that may arise.

Hope the price does not increase and maintains the same as I am a IT hobbyist on tight budget. So far, I am quite happy with INIZ service level, and will be continuing my service with them.

My experience with Iniz has been short but pretty much excellent. Their support response time is a bit hit or miss at times, but this could very well be because I opened a ticket at 2am in the morning. Nevertheless, they did respond eventually to all of my tickets and were always able to help me. The control panel is extremely easy to use as well.
The network performance is superb. I made a Reddit thread which had people downloading files from my $5 SSD KVM VPS. The VPS never slowed down and people were all-round very happy with the performance. I hit my 2TB datacap within a day after which my VPS was suspended.
That's where my experience with them ends. To recap:
-Good service with knowledgeable employees
-Excellent network performance (Seriously, I was surprised to see this at this price point)
-Great control panel

Only slight complaint that I would have is that their bandwidth limit is pretty harsh, I don't mean the 2TB, I mean that it just cuts of instantly once you've reached that point. I would've liked to see a throttling system instead. But then again, most other server providers do this as well.

If you're looking for a VPS with pretty much zero downtime, stable performance and at a cheap price. I'd HIGHLY recommend Iniz.

I have been an INIZ customer for at least 3 years now. I honestly have nothing bad to say about them. Great stability, great sales and support staff, and always quick turn arounds on any requests I send in.

Quite literally awful! Customer Service is non-responsive, when they did reply, they were rude. Don't waste your time with this company.

* In reply to their reply. I was told off for asking 3 questions in 9 hours, as I was clogging up the ticketing system! Their response shows how bad they are, if the check the ticketing system, they will see a few additional questions from me. Happy to share here if I could.

I've only used this service as they use the reviews on their website to sell their service - the service is BAD!

** Unbelievable, reply here in 15 minutes, takes hours on their Helpdesk ticketing system, maybe the Comms person should be employed to work there instead?

I have had no issues with INIZ, and when ending my service, received a refund when cancelling my service between the payment of the invoice and the due date, since I at that point no longer needed the service I was buying from them. If I need that service again, then they'll be my first choice!

I can't get the same level of service (RAM, HDD, response time to questions) at this low level from anywhere. Stability of servers is excellent and service breaks are announced early.

The only minus is the old Linux kernel version, but I assume that is same with almost every OpenVZ service provider.

Currently I have four Ubuntu 16.04 servers in Iniz OpenVZ farm and I'm planning to get one more in near future.

Never had any problems. When I had problems with my accounts the support was fast and helpful.

This company has consistently performed flawlessly for the several years that I have services hosted there. They have literally never caused me grief, ever. This in stark contrast to previous companies I've used in the past!

I've had VPSs here for over 2 years at this point and I've never had to open a support ticket for problems with the service. The tickets I have opened, they've been very quick to respond. My only complaint is that with automatic monthly payments turned on, you're charged about 2 weeks before the invoice is due.

I don't like the billing policy due to how I operate, but the service itself has been solid.

I used VDS for many years and I have never had any problem with supporting. I am very glad for my choice.
