This company has excellent support, if i have a problem with my server it's fixed straight away, plus there servers run fast which is great A++++ for these guys.

Had an issue with my vps. Opened a ticket and poof! Within a minute I had response and the fix!

Kishan from INIZ has been fantastic from the start helping me out of a bad situation with a previous host. Along the way the support from INIZ has been above what I would expect from a hosting provider with regular updates and hands on support what more can you ask for.

I am very happy that my business has INIZ to lean on when we need them and anyone thinking of using their services you are in safe hands.

Have been using INIZ for some of our API servers. Lately moved other servers to INIZ as well. Quick replies to tickets and solid, good performing servers.

This is awesome. I've been with Iniz and they're providing a mind blowing service till date. I only have to contact their support for payment issue and initial setup. Else I didn't have to bother to knock them at all. Because their services are that great. Almost zero downtime.

And the best part is, they are so helpful. Their response timing is also superb.

I'd love to be with them in future as well as refer other friends and agencies like mine to come and have their services.

Their servers are amazing, super fast and high specs, definitely worth the price. They also have some of the best support response times I have ever experienced in my life, I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for hosting solutions, without a doubt!

Excellent for people who need virtual server with low budget but reliable.

For me INIZ is like google for hosting there's certainly a reason to it because they've Solid Servers with supernatural support!
When first time I have seen their ads on Lowendtalk I was thinking
"ok, one more fish in the hosting ocean, lets try" and given a try with an underestimate (well this is a confession), since that time 3 years+ already passed, all I can tell about this company is they're absolutely not from this earth. especially their support is SUPERNATURAL, never happened a time left without a solution, never happened a time I didn't feel grateful to them considering what I pay and what I get. imagine you pay for a hostel room and you're staying at 6-stars VIP holiday resort. this is exactly what I feel with them.

whenever you wrote them, they respond and not only respond but fix your issue faster than immediate no matter timezone differences, midnight, night, daytime, noon time, holidays , judgement day (ok last one was a joke)

They are perfectly polite/helpful, which is something you could only see in your dreams elsewhere, considering what you pay.

They have wide choice of VPS's on several locations, plus hosting packages, discount SSL, CPANEL Licenses, managed VPS and more, I have tried every and each by myself and I can tell you all of them are problem-free, this is something even big names cannot provide. plus they handle DDOS attacks professionally, with DDOS protection service thus saved my sites from getting down.

I love INIZ and I recommend them to anybody.

We've been using their OpenVZ IO VPS for several years and have never had any issues and quite pleased. Their support staff is very responsive and helpful.

They are really fast. I had a problem that was resolved in 5 minutes.

I asked for an existing set up to be cloned to a new VPS and INIZ accommodated me entirely. I don't think I'd have received such great, personal service with an alternative ISP, so that only more confirms for me that we've made the right choice :)

I've been using INIZ for a couple of years and the experience has been seemless throughout. Great customer service and I'm always amazed at the performance I can squeeze out of my VPS. The price is amazing too!

I am a web devlopper i used too much hosting companies but iniz is the best hosting company out there :) they also have the best support they reply in less than 5 minutes to emails they are availble on chat also and they help costumers

I have been using INIZ for 6 months now and service has been great, recently their was some issues on my amsterdam server however this was the first downtime I had suffered and was well communicated and resolved quickly. Support seems to be answered by one person but extremely helpful and accommodating even with the low price I pay!

All you can wish for - good support, reliable VPS and low prices.

I have started using my own VPS with INIZ 2 years ago and all I can say it is perfect:

- smooth, fast and friendly support!
- great quality
- never had an issue with VPS being shut down or similar in 2 years
- connectivity is great
- all other qualities you might expect

Just made a stupid ssh config error and locked myself out off the vps.

A support ticket and 30 minutes later all was fixed! Great this kind of support.

Never experienced much down time, and if i on a rare occassion do, it's fixed within minutes. Patrick has been VERY helpful with both setup and problems that i might experience, caused by my own stupidity ;-)

I can highly reccomend Iniz, as your new host.

I like the server Uptime and VPS resource provided with every respective vps against the cost.

I will glad that if you provide me the reseller panel to resell the vps and control panel to provide my clients.

Only in support response I suggest needs to get improve.
