I've ordered ink cartridges twice from this company. Ordering was very easy and delivered promptly. I also received a prepaid label so that I am able to return my empty ink cartridges for reuse, which I think is a great idea plus you get a small credit towards your next purchase. There is an information slip included and the packet of sweets is also a lovely personal touch. Excellent customer service all round. Thank you.

Ordered some ink from these guys PFI106 red was marked out of date but decided to have a gamble .. super fast delivery by royal mail 24hr product came with a returns label and a pack of my favourite sweeties .. followed there instructions to shake well ...installed it and bam perfect what a result !

Very quick and easy to order including the option to select original cartridges without the outer packaging which I did. Everything arrived the following day, and I appreciated the return label for empty cartridges. The little bag of sweets was a lovely addition. Great price and great service. The first cartridge I received printed grey rather than black. I emailed Ink Robot who immediately offered to replace it. I received the replacement the next day and it is now fine. Good customer service.
