Commande faite il y a quelques jours - reçue dans les temps.
En revanche :
- reçues uniquement avec l'emballage plastique et le bouchon - aucun emballage carton d'origine
- surtout les dates de péremption : de 2012 a 2020 !!! Pas encore testé mais je doute de pouvoir imprimer autant qu'avec des cartouches réellement neuves... à voir
- il est vrai que ces cartouches ne sont plus vendues par HP bien que mon imprimante n'ait qu'une dizaine d'années

Wow Great Service and great Prices.
Wow, very pleased with the service came extremely quickly was as described the cheapest price I could find and genuine Brother cartridges as shown. I will buy from them again highly recommend them.

Ordered a pack of four ink cartridges, the packaging looked as if it had been through a mangle, but I was more disappointed to see the dates on them, one was a year old, two were from 2024 and one was from 2021! Totally unacceptable to sell 5 year old cartridges. I have doubts that two of the cartridges were even genuine as they were missing the usual levered seal. Cheap for a reason, best avoided.

I ordered an ink cartridge which my printer rejected (possibly due to firmware issues). I contacted ink robot to explain the problem and they dealt with it really quickly. They sent me two replacements next day delivery and they worked. It is so refreshing to receive positive customer service in a world dominated by AI and bot auto responses that only leave us infuriated.

Après un désagrément de voir la réception de cartouches périmées et après un échange de mails, je tiens à préciser que cette Société a fait preuve d’honnêteté et m’a remboursé intégralement mon achat défectueux.

Pack de 4 cartouches BROTHER LC900 d'origine acheté, j'ai pu imprimer environ 5 pages de texte coloré avant que l'ensemble des cartouches ne soient inutilisables. Ces cartouches me permettent d'habitude d'imprimer plus de 500 pages. En revanche la livraison est très rapide. Plus jamais inkrobot.fr

Première commande, cartouche hp d’origine défectueuse dès l’installation, e-mail de réclamation avec photos prouvant ma bonne foi, remboursement effectué sans discussion, j'approuve le professionnalisme, l'honnêteté ainsi que la réactivité... la note de 4/5 est pour la marchandise défectueuse, sinon, pour le sav, 5/5 !

My cartridges (HP364) were delivered the next day and were in excellent condition. They came in a plane envelope, with the 4 cartridges in the original cellophane wrapping. They fitted and worked as expected. Amazing value and very efficient service.

I have seen some negatives, however I can only speak about my experience. Firstly the price of the LC3217 (Brother Ink Cartridge Set) was up to £17.00 cheaper on Ink Robot and with bang on next day delivery was truly impressive. And the product worked perfectly.

I ordered toner from Ink Robot. Because the original box was damaged, the toner was about £30 cheaper than everywhere else. I ordered on Friday at Noon. By 2pm I got an email saying it was dispatched. Saturday morning it was delivered.

J'ai eu un probléme avec 2 cartouches quasi-vides. Aussitôt le message posté, Inkrobot a été réactif et m'a renvoyé les cartouches en notifiant 100% remboursé en cas de problémes. Très bon SAV, à recommander. Merci

Recently ordered a new HP XL 300 black cartridge from Ink Robot. Think this is the third time we’ve used them for our cartridges
As they’re quite local to us we now collect directly from them. Their pricing is always competitive and their service, always exemplary. Highly recommended

Not impressed. Bought HP cartridge because it was a couple of pounds cheaper than another supplier. It may state, on their Web site, out of manufacturers warranty, but I do not think 2.5 YEARS out of warranty is acceptable. I rang & spoke to someone who tried to persuade me to try using the cartridge because it 'should' be OK & if not I could return it. Having looked at their returns policy, all items must be 'as delivered'. I have returned the cartridge unused & am still waiting for the return to be acknowledged let alone my refund as per their Ts & Cs. The only positive was the free postage & returns label

The cyan cartridge that I bought from ink robot on my printer was stated as not genuine and now even my scanner won't work and my printer will not even connect to my computers. When I searched why it is because it is not a genuine epson so nothing can now work. They said I was reinbursed just for the cyan alone £6.24 GBP, which is useless as I cannot use my printer and scanner at all.

Le pack de cartouches reçu avec date périmée de 5 ans n'était pas accepté par mon imprimante HP, le service client m'a remboursée en 24h. Service client très réactif.
