I ordered the wrong item, my mistake. Emailed customer services and Ed responded very quickly and refunded the order straight away.
The products prices look very reasonably and had a good experience, will order again in the future.

Good price. Quick despatch and delivery. Installed two of the cartridges and they are working ok.

I needed an HP62 colour cartridge for my printer. I usually head for amazon but noticed Ink Robot & their very competitive pricing so placed my order which arrived next day. Unfortunately the cartridge was faulty so I phoned & spoke with a very pleasant gentleman named Ed who was very apologetic & sent a replacement out immediately which also arrived next day, this one was perfect. My printer starts telling me I'm running low weeks before they do. Researching new ink is a real pain. Found Ink Robots and thought I would try them. Had never seen them before so bit a a gamble, but excelent result. Product arrived and at an excelent price. Will not be able to check usage but they are in the correct packaging and look good.

What's not to like?
The same cartridges as I have been buying from "catridgesave" for years at about half the price. OK so they weren't in a fancy cardboard box, but, £20 for a cardboard box is a bit steep.

Not sure how Inkrobot did it but it definitely offered incomparable prices, excellent service with exact requirements met and super quickly. I also appreciated the gummy sweets included and offer to buy back old cartridges . Would definitely recommend. Well done!

Ordered an ink cartridge and it was shipped with free and fast delivery. Unfortunately, the cartridge had an issue printing magenta and, after some troubleshooting with customer services, they issued a refund as they had no more stock for an exchange. Really great service, would recommend for ink supplies!

I don’t normally buy online, but I had to as I could find the ink I needed in the shops where I live.
When my order arrived, I was very surprised when I opened it to find some jelly babies, with my ink.
I sent the company an email, to say thank you very much for my ink and my jelly babies, and they sent me an email back to say, so pleased that you liked your jelly babies.
I thought it was so sweet of them.
