I am very disappointed with the customer service at Innovation Sounds.

Due to my own mistake, I accidentally purchased and paid for the same sample pack twice. I contacted them politely and asked whether one of the duplicate purchases could be exchanged for a different sample pack of similar value, since having two identical downloads is obviously of no use to me.

My first message received no response at all. After sending a follow-up email, I finally received a generic and unhelpful reply that did not actually answer my question. No solution was offered, and there seemed to be no willingness to help.

I fully understand that the duplicate purchase was my own mistake, but a customer-friendly company could have resolved this very easily, especially since I was not asking for a refund, only for an exchange.

The lack of communication and support is very disappointing. Good products matter, but so does decent customer service. Based on this experience, I am unlikely to purchase from Innovation Sounds again.

Always leave some room for improvement, im satisfied with the product range and service. That's why im a VIP customer.

It's the best site for downloading samples and presets; each pack is better than the last, incredible!

Sie Verkaufen Loops Sample Packs, die sie wohl selber kaufen oder so und unterem anderen Produkt Namen weiter Verkaufen. Ich habe eins gekauft von einem Künstler und jetzt hab ich gerade gesehen, wo ich rengehört habe. Das sie das selbe Produkt in einem anderen Namen Verkaufen. Etwas ist da komisch!

What fantastic customer service. My 9 year old had a problem with a purchase so I mailed them over the weekend and Innovation Sounds replied almost immediately and the problem was resolved just as quick. You guys made my boys day by sorting this so quickly.. Thank you all so much. Also the sounds these guys support are top notch quality.
