This company’s advertising is blatantly misleading, and the service itself is completely useless. What was promised and what was delivered are two entirely different things. To make matters worse, when I tried to raise concerns, I found the CEO to be arrogant and dismissive rather than supportive or accountable. Instead of taking responsibility and helping customers, leadership seems more focused on excuses and self-importance. This was a terrible experience from start to finish, and I would never recommend this company to anyone.

The products are super well designed and built in very professional way. The themplates are ready to be used on don't need extra work adding samples or resetting plug ins like I had to do with another provider. Great experience overall

Since I'm a customer of Innovation Sounds, I purchased 12 packs in total now and I'm totally happy with the quality of the sounds and the organized samples.
Each pack was detailed explained, so you know what you get. Also the previews showing exactly what's inside.
As an addition I have to name the service they offer, they reply very fast and helpful. It's a very trustable shop to buy and recommend.

I’ve purchased multiple templates from Innovation Sounds, and unfortunately, I had serious issues with two of them. One had missing presets that didn’t load properly, and the other had internal routing problems that made it unusable. I thoroughly checked my setup – the problems were not on my end.

Despite their “100% Money Back Guarantee,” my refund request was denied, and the customer service was unhelpful, insisting the issue was mine.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing from this company.
