Hats off to the Fine ladies and gentlemen at Innovato design. They went above and beyond to make things right when my initial order went missing. All I did was send an email Amelia with the company didn't hesitate to respond back and send out a new ring in its replacement. I received the ring a day before New Year's and I'm totally satisfied. Great company feel free to shop with them in confidence great people, great company, and great products. Wish you all the best in 2022, I you all have a great year.

I recently purchased a silver bracelet for my Husband for a Christmas gift,it hadn't arrived in the time specified. I contacted the customer service team who were very helpful to reassure me my purchase would be with me in time for Christmas,which I'm thrilled to say it arrived the next day. The bracelet itself was really lovely,I will most definitely be buying from them again,something for me next time. A brilliant company to buy from,I have complete confidence in them

I cannot fault this companies customer service and their commitment to ensuring their product is perfect. We had some sizing issues, meaning we had to exchange rings a couple of times and the ring was exchanged quickly and with as much help as could be given. Thankyou again.

I returned a ‘silver’ (silver plated which was also denied when questioned in an email) bracelet at my own cost to Bulgaria, despite it being posted from China only for it to never be claimed from customs therefore returned to me after 4.5 months.

Awaiting a response from the seller but as a customer I advise to all people considering purchasing something from this site to save your money for another seller and not bother wasting your time and money with this brand.

Got this silver yin and yang ring that was worth "£50" and got sent a ring for a complete different website that sells it for under half the price and is terrible quality dont buy from this website its a pile of crap

Bought a dragon ring and it was true to the picture, nice heavy ring, not cheep looking, I think my nephew I got it for will love it. Took a little time to get here, but happy with the purchase.

Ordered a necklace on 9th November. Tracking information was provided but the last update was eight days ago saying it had cleared customs and was with Royal Mail. No further update.
I know Royal Mail can be slow but I would expect some sort of update.
I will of course update this review if the necklace ever arrives.

Quick, easy and fast transaction process. Item had a really good weight to it. It’s always a worry when you purchase jewellery online but this was lovely.
