From the beginning our loan officer was Perfect. I had reservations about believing what I had read and contacted someone to explain more to us. From that moment our Loan Officer became more than just a loan officer and became a friend someone we could contact whenever we were feeling uneasy. She always guided us through every step of the process and ensured that everything was going smoothly. The day that we closed on our house was the best day of lives and it wouldn't have been possible without Insight Loans! Thanks so much.

Conrad Tanner was extremely helpful. Any questions I had, he answered quickly, professionally, and with great detail. I was a first time home buyer and he made me feel comfortable and appreciated during every step of the process. Using Insight wound up being several hundred dollars cheaper than a previous quote.

I am a first time homebuyer and personally I know a lender out of Muskegon so right away I thought I didn't need to get to involved and worry about what lender to use. I wanted a quick and easy process without being hassled and with reasonable rates. It's always easier to do business with someone you know personally as well so I figured I would use Vandyke. After getting my initial rate from my lender I thought it seemed to high. I was talking with my buddy who just baught a house and he was saying how easy and efficient his lender was when he purchased his home. He explained to me some details I had no idea about the mortgage process that his lender mentioned to him. I learned more about loans from my buddy than I did my lender I felt that it was odd. I thought right away that's the type of lender I want someone who makes sure you understand how your loan works not just someone who treats you as a paycheck. He gave his lenders number from InsightLoans his name is Kyle Wrathell. I called Kyle the next day and I was amazed on how professional he was compared to the other lender I was going to use. He obviously was educated enough to beable to make his clients understand how everything works which is s huge factor when you can choose any lender. Kyle made sure I knew what type of loans were available and the advantages that could apply. I felt as if I knew how it worked after dealing with Kyle rather than being confused before. InsightLoans takes great pride in training their Loan Officers by far. We need more companies that hire college graduates like InsightLoans, education is our future. Kyle was able to be reached at anytime during the workday never had to wait around for information I needed. I was very pleased with my loan process thank you InsightLoans. I am typically an displeased and irritated person and InsightLoans had me at ease surprisingly. I have no reason to lie about my review you will see when I purchase another property I will never switch lenders after a great experience. Companies that do good business deserve and good name and I also believe the opposite so I would also leave a bad review if I felt that way.

John Manning and Michelle Soto were completely 100% on my side back me through the whole process so a 1st time home buyer they literally took my hand and walked through each and every step of the way. Won't lie was like a roller coaster ride up moments down moments but what mattered they were there and the deal got done and I now own my 1st home (oh and I'm only a mile and a half from ocean!) thanks and appreciate are not strong enough word to go with how I feel they were amazing!
