Randy Adrian of Insight Loans made the process of buying our house very easy. From the moment my wife and I started our conversation with him and all the way to closing, he was always very professional, patient and promptly answered all our many questions. Randy is very knowledgeable of the home financing and buying process, which made the process so easy for us to understand and follow. Randy provided us with all the updates in a timely manner. He was able to get our loan approval quickly, taking advantage at the low interest rate available at the time. Randy Adrian is the best and most exceptional loan originator. My wife and I recommend him very highly.

She made me feel comfortable, like I was a friend. She gave great advice, answered all my questions, in order to come to decisions that were right for me. She was always honest, and would never hide fees, but instead explained everything. I looked and met with other lenders, some seemed distant and cool, others were just matter of fact. None really seemed to want to earn my business. Roberta, was extremely communicative, always keeping me informed on the market changes, but she wasn't pushy (i.e. repeatedly calling LOL). I couldn't have asked for a better Loan Officer. I would definitely bring any future lending needs to her :)

Michael was prompt, professional, and courteous. He was patient and thorough answering all of my questions. He kept the ball rolling and the process was completed in the time frame promised.
