They helped me keep a level head in this time-consuming nerve-racking process and I'm really glad they helped make me feel better offering advice and reassurance in various situations while applying and getting approved for a loan. Even in the parts that were outside of their control they helped gain as much information to pass to me as they could in dealing with the government. I was extremely pleased with Tenille (my mortgage originator) who managed to keep me positive.

James Parshay and his team are amazing. Their communication with their clients is first rate and their interest rates are great. When I had been told “no” from other lenders, James went out of his way to find a loan that would work for me. The process was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Did a re-fi from initial phone call to closing in about 3 weeks. Couldn't be happier with the speed, service and professionalism.

Working with Insight loans was a great experience. We needed to refinance our loan as we were in a balloon loan that was ending within six months. Our credit was not so good and Insight loans was wonderful in getting our loan refinanced and closed in a short amount of time. Working with Kevin N at Insight made the experience even better.
