Installation video is very vague and there is no section on actually operating the shower. This is the second shower we have purchased from yourself and the quality of this one is not as good as the other one

It's a shame you find the quality of your second shower not up to the standard of your first, especially given how much investment Insignia put into the manufacturing/material process. The customer service was absolutely phenomenal, the guys exactly guided me, what I was looking for.
Although I am unable to change the 4port selector and hot &cold cartridges, they send the links but they were not for the used and already installed insignia shower cabin, still happy with their CS.
