DO NOT contract the services of these companies because they deceive you when signing the contract making you the owner of your company. They have my app and they don't want to release it until I pay them some money. This company is not serious and what it seeks is to scam those who register.

We've been using Insoftdev Smart Car Driver for a while now for our on-demand courier service and minicab service, at first we didn't want to go for Insoftdev because of their design user interface.. but recently we see them improving with the web booker/customer apps & driver apps

The new customer app could of been done better though, I hope they'll keep on improving for it to be close to any other modern native app.

The system is very reliable with no bugs what so ever.

They have a friendly customer support team.

Let's hope for many more features & some more modern designs wherever possible. This is extremely important for 2021 😉

A very good dispatch program that includes many functionalities to cover all needs. Instead, the development team is very responsive to any problem and even takes into account the user's opinions to intervene in the program to make some beneficial changes. I have been using this software for 4 years and I am very satisfied, I want to mention that they are very open, transparent and have no hidden fees and all kinds of contractual conditions. I recommend this company.

It would be helpful if the system could be tied into phones also ablity to accept payments from several different means.
