Insomnia Smoke is a European based head shop that was founded in 1997 with the sole purpose of satisfying the needs and desires of those immersed in head shop culture. No matter if you’re looking for, our goal is to give you what you need at a great cost and with an unmatched quality of service. If you’re happy with our business, then we’re happy with having done our job right. We don’t aim to make customers as much as we aim to make friends, as we realize there is nothing more important to our niche than sticking together and spreading the love. What goes around comes around doesn’t it? That’s what we hope, at least. We’ve dedicated ourselves not to just being a good head shop, but to being the best - and we’re avid enemies of disappointment, which is why all of our customers leave our location with a smile on their faces.

From the pictures, we can see that the glass jar had a bumpy journey from Europe to the US. It looks like something heavy may have been dropped on the package.

Zeer tevreden

Ik heb bij deze webshop besteld en het was een positieve ervaring.
De order was snel verstuurd en in goede staat ontvangen. De twee e-sigaretten zijn prima en lijken na 2 maanden gebruik ook van goede kwaliteit. Ik zou daar zo weer bestellen.

Fallo el envío, no se recibió el paquete tristemente

Lamentablemente me tocó que fallara el proceso, tanto en el registro de la colonia así como la falta de datos en el paquete de envío ya que eso retraso el envío y al final no se recibió, y incluso en la aplicación no están intuitivo el seguimiento por lo que se marco de recibido lo cual no es así ya que va de regreso a sus instalaciones, de tal manera que espero simplemente que me puedan enviar nuevamente el paquete con los datos completos para recibirlo y listo, agradecería mucho su apoyo para que esto se lleve a cabo como comento

Buen día, Mario:

Lamentamos mucho las molestias. El pedido ha llegado de vuelta a nosotros y podemos reenviarlo mañana.

Parece que el problema fue que Correos de México se basó únicamente en la información que aparecía en la etiqueta de envío, en lugar de revisar los datos completos del envío en el sistema. Nosotros sí proporcionamos toda la información necesaria, pero debido al espacio limitado, no toda quedó reflejada en la etiqueta impresa.

Nuestro agente de envíos nos indicó que el servicio postal debería poder ver los datos faltantes en el sistema. Sin embargo, parece que Correos de México no revisó esta información o que no estaba disponible para ellos.

Para evitar que este problema vuelva a ocurrir, podemos escribir manualmente cualquier información que no quepa en la etiqueta de envío. Esto debería resolver el inconveniente.
