My experience studying with Inspire.
I had a great experience studying with Inspire. Whenever l needed help they were quick to assist. Even during the covid 19 restrictions l was allowed to extend my course for free.
The only thing l ddn't enjoy is that it takes long for them to answer phone calls.
Besides this l had a good experience studying at my own pace.

As a mature aged student I’m proud that…
As a mature aged student I’m proud that I actually completed this course. I found some components very challenging and difficult but with the support of the team I was able to be guided and supported thru them.
Some of the subjects are very long and quite extensive which I’m sure can be condensed so they are not so overwhelming but can achieve the same result.
Thank you to Inspire for your assistance and support so that I can was able to complete my Certificate 3.

I have been a Nurse for 33years
I have been a Nurse for 33years, and have been unsuccessful in securing a teaching position and realised that I needed to complete my TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment to improve my chances. I chose Inspire Education initially because they offered a very good price for a 12 month on-line Course, and due to the several Lockdowns Victoria experienced throughout 2020-2021, it was not possible to do face to face training. Inspire Education were very helpful throughout the Course. They helped me improve my computer skills as well as enhancing my knowledge in Assessment and Training. The Staff were always available to assist in the many questions that I had. I felt well supported throughout and the Staff gave me alot of encouragement. I am very pleased that I completed the Course.

I thought that the marking of…
I thought that the marking of assessment took too long. I also was disappointed with how much support I could receive, the trainer calls were always booked out two weeks in advance and I couldn’t book another with in 2 days of the previous booking. I was also disappointed that I didn’t have the same trainer assessing my work. In one case a trainer had given me misleading information that another trainer marked incorrect causing frustration and time.

Thank you for your review, we appreciate the feedback and apologize for your frustration on your recent study experience.
We are very concerned about your comments as to the marking delays and trainer support, so we had a look into your account. We have a queue system to ensure that assessments are marked in the order they are received. I can see that most of your assessments were marked within 1 week which is within the standard marking time frame of 6 weeks as published in our website and clearly stated in the student handbook. Extended marking time frame is not our normal standards in operation, and we do send notification in those very rare events.
We also have always made available a myriad of communication systems including the trainer phone call booking system, the 24/7 message centre, the forums, as well as regular scheduled live Q&As with our trainers. These are all available in your student portal. Communication channels are integrated in our HUB to ensure we always provide a seamless student experience.
We sincerely appreciate your insight about the course you have undertaken. We are glad to be part of your study journey, congratulations in completing the course and all the best on your future endeavors.

My Experience with Inspire Educations was one of the best experiences. I had enjoyed my training upgrade and found the staff at Inspire to be very helpful and easy to comprehend, they answered all my queries and questions within a suitable timeframe. when asked for an extension this too was extended without very much hassle. Highly recommend
The trainers at Inspire Education were very helpful. It was great having the option to do part of the course as a week intensive school. Overall, I really enjoyed the course and would recommend doing it with Inspire if you are considering it.

Worth the experience
I really enjoyed doing my Certificate lll Early Childhood Education and Care course with Inspire Education. I thought there were moments of it being difficult, and didn't know whether I would actually get through the course, but here I am and I have completed it successfully. It definitely was an experience. I wouldn't change a thing. It pushed me to my limits and yes, it was stressful at times, but so worth it. Thankyou to the team who are very lovely, and always pleasant to chat with and helpful whenever I needed guidance.

Friendly helpful staff
All staff from admin to the trainers were really helpful. It is not an easy course to do but the instructions and guidelines were very well planned to navigate through the workbook, tasks and submissions.

Studying through inspire was good
Studying through inspire was good. Once I got to the vocational placement portfolio thats when it got more difficult and was very complicated compared to other tafe students studying else where. The phone consults helped me when I got very stuck and I also found the videos that go through each portfolio to be very helpful as it takes you through each section thoroughly. Overall it was a longer process for me but I am happy to have completed this certificate. :)

Certificate IV Business
I found the cert IV in business was at the right level for me I was challenged and motivated throughout. The webinars and trainers were helpful and friendly, guided me and provided assistance, information and resources I needed to successfully complete this qualification.
This is the second qualification I have studied through inspire and as a learner I can get frustrated, overwhelmed, off track and lose motivation thank you for all the support I received from Sarah, Neil and the administration team 😊

I belive only one good thing about inspire Education was Trainner RIchard Gietman was very helpful and informative.

I understand that keeping documents up…
I understand that keeping documents up to date across various areas can be difficult, however, there were a number of times when the materials I was given had links that no longer worked. I also found that some webpage materials were out of date and caused me confusion and wastage as I printed the incorrect materials.
I think that Workbooks would be less confusing if all the task materials were either in the Workbooks themselves, or even better, if the books was completely online. The hybrid of having some tasks in the book and other items as downloadable tasks can cause confusion and cause students to miss tasks.
