Great company to do business with

I was introduced to your company about a year ago.
I have purchased several times different equipment
The deliveries are on time.
People are friendly and know their stuff. Always good recommendations.
Not the best bargain, but I am a firm believer that you get what you paid for.

Certification Expired

I confirmed with the sales associate that the gauge would have a current certification. The certification that was included was over a year old when the gauge arrived. When I called support, I had to fill out and include multiple forms to send back the gauge that wasn't certified correctly the first time. I needed the gauge right away and now still do not have it to use on our projects.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. After reviewing your order I can see that we did in fact send this unit without an updated calibration certificate. This is certainly not our standard practice and we sincerely apologize for this oversight and any inconvenience. These units are reviewed by our application engineers to ensure the proper documentation is included and up to date before they are passed on to our shipping department. Again, we apologize that this did not occur with your order. I understand Shawn Steady gave you a call and was able to make this right for you.

There was a mix-up when we ordered a


There was a mix-up when we ordered a certain type & model of water meter, & the wrong one was sent. Then when we attempted to remedy the situation, we experienced many complications, much confusion, & much dissatisfaction. At one point Instrumart personnel, even attempted to deny we had purchased the meter from them, we had to prove otherwise
