Ordering was easy

Ordering was easy, but delivery was longer than anticipated. Especially when the parts were "supposed" to be in stocks, at the time they were ordered

Upon reviewing your order, I do see that it shipped later than we originally estimated. We send our apologies on behalf of the manufacturer for this delay. We do our best to provide the most accurate lead times at the time of order however, they can be subject to change based on the manufacturer's availability once they receive the order. I see that the quote you were provided had an estimated lead time of 30 business days. We apologize if at any point, you were given conflicting information stating these were in stock.

When ship dates do change, our Order Management Team works to relay these updates as soon as they're provided to us. I see that the change to your order was communicated to you a few weeks before it was originally scheduled to ship. We hope this gave you enough time to adjust any of your plans.

Sparks & Smoke

The box had the correct part number however the part within was of the wrong supply voltage. When I powered the unit, it shot sparks and smoke from my desk. The leadtime for the part was not a big issue however I am also still waiting for the correct part.

We appreciate your feedback on your recent order. We were very sorry to learn of this issue and are actively working to have it resolved. This error occurred with the manufacturer. The outer box was labeled with the correct item number however the contents were incorrect. As soon as we were made aware of this, Instrumart’s support team contacted our vendor who supplied to product, to get the correct item sent to you as quickly as possible. Our team has reached out to them requesting an update and relayed the urgency of the matter. We will contact you as soon as we have more information.

Extreme customer service is one of our many top priorities and an area we pride ourselves in. We apologize on behalf of the manufacturer that this error was made. Despite these circumstances, we hope you will continue to trust Instrumart for your instrumentation needs.

Everything went well until we received the wrong item. Getting the replacement was done very quickly,

Thank you for taking the time to leave us with this review. I spoke with the engineer assigned to this order to get a little more information on what occurred. It seems this was a result of the part being mislabeled in our inventory therefore when it was scanned to be shipped, everything seemed to have matched up. We have since fixed this issue to prevent this same mistake going forward. I do see that our team was able to resolve this quickly and get the correct unit out to you. Great consultation and advice

The consultant with whom I spoke was able to give me very detailed information on the item I was purchasing, enabling me to make an in-depth comparison to the one I was replacing. Upon receipt of the item and placement into service, it has proven to be the virtual "perfect replacement" I had hoped for.
