I am incredibly grateful for the support provided by Salmon Assessors during a very difficult time for me. After experiencing a significant property loss, Jeremy and the team not only helped me navigate the complexities of the insurance claim but also provided emotional support. Their professionalism and calm approach made all the difference, ensuring I didn't have to worry about the details.

While the scope of the work was extensive, and it took some time to finalize the claim, they acted quickly and thoroughly. The outcome was slightly below my expectations, but it was still the maximum possible payout based on my insurance premium.

The team demonstrated exceptional expertise, carefully reviewing all the fine print and ensuring I received the best possible outcome. I'm truly glad I chose their services, and that's why I'm giving them a 5-star rating.

A little way into a water damage incident which the managing agents for the building seemed to be dealing with very badly it was very reassuring to speak to Jeffrey about the issues and how he might be able to get things back on track for us.

Spoke to Jeremy and although he can't help because my dispute is so far down the line and he recommends taking it to financial ombudsman as free advice. He seems very knowledgeable about disputes.

Best experience ever!
We had a flood in our practice and the loss adjusters drove us crazy, dragging on with time, trying to cut us down etc.

What can I say! Without them we would be on the streets. We were flooded in 2014. Our mistake was that we did our utmost to keep the water out but up to about a centimetre got in and by the time insurance assessor came, the inside of the house had dried out. So, we put in the claim for £18000 for books clothes etc and the insurance company offered £14000. At this point, we contacted Salmon Assessors and everything changed. Our claim was redone by Mr Jeremy Rollinson. It took just over 4 years to resolve. He worked with them and us and we ended up getting floor, walls and electrics redone. We moved in a year or so later when the work was still being done and they settled in cash for work that remained doing. We still needed just over £10000 to finish off doing the remaining work. I hate to think where would be without them.
