During what can best be described as a particularly challenging period in my life, Salmon Assessors have proved a “beacon of hope”. We have had a major fire business and the insurers and their loss adjusters are fighting in every possible way not to pay our claim.

They have demonstrably twisted our words and, thank goodness, Jeff and his team have torn the insurers arguments to shreds.

In short, the claim looked doomed to failure but now there’s a huge light at the end of the tunnel thanks to a marathon 4000 word letter to the insurers from Jeff’s team.

I am deeply grateful for their support. It seems that issues with the insurance claim process are becoming increasingly common, making services like loss assessors invaluable for preserving businesses on the brink of collapse because insurers are trying everything to get out of paying claims for little or sometimes no reason.

I had never heard of loss assessors before and it was only by chance that another parent at my children’s school was telling me about a business insurance problem that they were having and that they were using this company.

To say that they have dogged determination to assist clients in navigating these issues is an understatement.

We remain hopeful and continue to fight, bolstered by our trust in this team.

After suffering a severe flood, we felt the need to reach out to someone that could guide and support us through the claim process. On searching the internet, we came across Salmon Assessors, from the first phone conversation, the professionalism, shone through and we found ourselves instructing them. Whilst we are still in the middle of our claim process, Jeff and his team have been very supportive and sympathetic of our situation. I came across Salmon Assessors on one Facebook Dentists group. This was regarding business interruption claim with insurance providers. I would have not otherwise pursued the matter with little know how about insurance claims. Although I was initially sceptical to approach them because of so much false marketing nowdays. Where do I start...I can't recommend Jeff enough.
My dental practice flooded very badly and was completely ruined, when we contacted our insurance to help us out I discovered from day 1 I won't have the help and support I needed to rebuild and reopen again.
Jeff was recommended by a colleague and I was so pleasantly surprised, from the first moment we spoke he put me at ease, guided me through what needed to happen and the journey started. I’m an architect and thought I knew all there was to know about subsidence in regard to insurance claims. The loss adjusters were making it very difficult to keep my normal calm self. I saw the reviews of this company and contacted them. They were a wealth of information and I expect that the claim will be settled quickly. Strongly recommended.

Hard to recommend them as I contacted them with an RSA claim after the December 2022 cold snap, which had been valued at around £15k, but was told that the work was too small for them and the chap who spoke to me gave the example of one local authority related case they were dealing with in London which was in the millions. Difficult to feel anything other than somewhat belittled when met with a response like that.

We contacted Salmon Assessors regarding an ongoing subsidence claim and spoke with Jeff, whose no nonsense and considered approach was both refreshing and positive. Jeff succinctly summed up our situation and provided invaluable advice, which we are now following.
