Just a one of event to cover and online quotes weren't going so well. I was actually able to speak to someone quickly and they were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Talked through the online questions that I was unsure about and in less that 10 mins all was sorted. Wonderful. Thanks you.

Very happy with a prompt efficient service regarding my quote and subsequent purchase of insurance for my event. Can’t comment on how claims are handled and to be honest I hope I don’t need to 😊

The covered pretty much everything except for ceremonial swords and if vendors do not turn up. So ensure you have it in your contracts with the vendors before hand clauses that benefit you if they do not turn up to your wedding. Would be good if these two were included in future.

I found it incredibly straightforward to take out event insurance, when comparing it to other better known providers. The cover was tailored to my needs completely, and the resultant cost was extremely good value. Highly recommended.

I would definitely recommend Insure Our Event for individual wedding PLI. The website was easier to navigate and it was quick to identify that they offered the correct insurance I was seeking. I required individual PLI for our wedding ceremony & reception and was not to sure if I had filled out the online quote correctly. So, I picked up the phone and called the office. An operator answered straight away and was very friendly & helpful and put me through to a member of the team that was able to go through the form with me. It took less then 10 minutes and within minutes of finishing the call my quote had been processed and I was covered. My PLI certificate and documents were emailed to me within 30 minutes. Many companies have stopped offering PLI for wedding related events and they were the rare few I was able to find still covering them. Thank you so much!! You made this lady a very happy Bride indeed!
