The most terrible insurance company IâŠ
The most terrible insurance company I have ever. Before you sign up for them they are quite friendly and respond fast.
I introduce them my medical examination Thailand and Norwegian where I was healthy and fit. I get microbes infection in my stomach during my vacation . I spend around 1.5 months for treatment and on the end I was not able to get any reimbursement from Nomads. I didnât even understand what kind of exchange rate they used to . They almost didnât reply on my messages with long waiting periods.
So I spend money for 2 months insurance for nothing and also spend my time for a lot of paper work to present to nomads.
Avoid this company as you spend additional money without getting any finance back for your treatment .
It so sad as a Ukrainian citizen which never take any refugee status and apply for insurance being healthy once get sick company refuse for any payment.
Donât recommend at all.

We are so sorry to hear of your frustration, and of being ill during your travels. Your policy had a $500 deductible but the medical bills on the claim submitted was less than the deductible as explained by our claim team. We hope you have recovered from the illness. Keep in mind we do have $0 deductible options so that you do get reimbursed in full for covered illnesses.
I purchased a zero deductible
I purchased a zero deductible. Once I received my declaration page, it showed a deductible. I reached out to the company to fix it. They said they confirmed I selected a deductible and only offered to cancel the policy and for me to reissue. This is incorrect, I paid extra to have no deductible and horrible customer service to only offer cancelling the policy to rectify the situation.
