You have a great header with different colors but nothing that shows me what fields are missing. You have fields with muted colors and bold colors visually it doesnât follow guidelines to ensure a good user experience. I had to guess what I missed because you made fields almost dissapear. There are standards for how to create a effective form for a reason and you experience is very lacking.

Called to get information (I've never used travel insurance and had a lot of questions) and left a message. I received a response via text a week later saying they had an emergency and were unable to help me. Exact response was "I would suggest you look online for travel insurance. Try a company like Travel Guard."
