We had a great training day - the instructor Chris was fantastic. I really wasn't sure what to expect
I really wasn't sure what to expect, and with the prospect of role playing it would potentially only get worse. But i was pleasantly surprised how informative and interesting the whole course was and the roleplaying wasn't as bad as I imagined, that was down to the person taking us all on this journey of discovery.
