Experienced positive handling
The positive handling course was excellent. The instructions were clear , the demonstrations were great and easy to understand why and how, the staff were amazing and made the course fun. Staff were always on hand to give advice and correct the holds if needed. Everyone understood the assignments given. It was a pleasurably experience for such an important role we play in our line of work with Sen children.
