Elaine was a fantastic instructor! I passed first time thanks to her. I definitely recommend this service for anyone who wants to pass their driving test quickly.

I paid a £415 deposit towards a 30 hour course costing £1440. I had two lessons and decided not to continue with the instructor. I asked Intensive Courses how many lessons were covered by the deposit, so I could keep going until my money's worth. They told me the £415 did not cover any driving lessons and that it paid for booking my practical and theory tests (coming to less than £100) and "sourcing a driver" - so despite almost paying a third of the cost of the 30 hour course, they are saying I have not paid for any lessons and still owe money to the driving instructor. It will be much cheaper for you to do your own research to find an instructor and book your own test - this is a massive rip off and they've made no effort to come to a fair agreement with me.

Had a great experience with my driving instructor, Chris. He was patient, clear and encouraging, making me feel confident behind the wheel and I passed! Highly recommend!

Fantastic process from start to finish. Yousouff was a brilliant instructor and Noel was equally as helpful with everything admin-related. If you are looking for longer driving sessions, I’d strong recommend Intensive Courses!

My daughter passed first time with George! He gave her confidence and great tuition that resulted in only 3 minors on her test.

I have been driving for 10 years in my home country and just needed some practice of driving on the roads in London and knowing how to pass the test. I passed my test on the first attempt with Musaffar. I took 4 lessons with him. He was very patient, takes the time to explain the signs, driving method and tries to instil confidence in you which is what you need when you’re trying to learn how to drive. I would recommend Musaffar to others learning how to drive.

However, I do want to point out that I was initially assigned Chris to teach me. I have never had a worse driving experience before. He was aggressive if I made mistakes on the road which would make me mess up even more. He would try to intimidate me, to the point where I dreaded sitting in the car with him. He was also putting undue pressure that I wouldn’t be able to pass because he wanted me to take more classes so he could earn more money. I wish I had cancelled with him after the first class but I continued as my driving test was coming up soon. Frankly, he shouldn’t be allowed to teach, I’m an experienced driver but my confidence fell after 5 classes with him.

However I want to point out that Noelle, who runs intensive courses is very helpful and went the extra mile to make sure I was looked after and assigned Musaffar when I brought this to his attention.

I would recommend this place, as long as Chris is not your instructor.

Kester was a great instructor to learn how to drive with. He was professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the roads and test circuits in the Chingford area. I was also impressed with how generous he was with time, for example, arriving early to every lesson. The scheduling process was also incredibly easy. Most importantly, however, Kester was calm and friendly and made learning fun instead of intimidating!

Very simple and straightforward and thanks to my instructor I passed first time!

My instructor Steve was the kindest and calmest instructor I have ever come across. I was very nervous for my course as I had always been an anxious driver, but he instantly put me at ease and that really helped boost my confidence as a driver. Over the 3 day course I had with him I learnt so much and by the day of my test I was driving calmly and confidently! I passed my test first time with just 3 minors and it is all thanks to Steve for believing in me and helping me believe in myself. So thank you again Steve for all of your help and the Intenseive Courses Team!

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Noel and everyone else involved in sorting out a test and lessons for me at such short notice before I moved abroad! The company was very responsive whenever contacted and were able to sort out lessons and a test miraculously during a time period I was free. FYI you get a full refund of your deposit if they cannot find a test time suitable. George was an excellent instructor and clearly knows the Wood Green area incredibly well. He worked with me to correct the mistakes I had learnt with previous instructors and to improve my confidence with driving and the test. I was able to pass on my third attempt overall - first attempt with Intensive Courses! I would and have already recommended them to a friend.

Intensive courses paired me up with an instructor in no time and made the whole process simple and clear. Musaffar was my instructor and was fantastic, I signed up for 30 hours worth of lessons and passed first time in his car. He was calm, patient, knowledgeable and made the whole driving experience a real pleasure and filled me with confidence ahead of my test.

Massive thanks to Elaine and the rest of intensive courses driving school for helping me pass my driving test first time with only one minor! Cannot fault my experience, intensive courses made my driving experience stress free due to easy and kind service from them. Would highly recommend anybody thinking of starting driving lessons to go with intensive courses, you will not be let down!

I did a semi intensive course over 3 weeks and had a wonderful experience. Makarios is a great instructor and I passed first time with zero minors.
I had some driving experience from years ago in a manual car but switched to automatic for this course. I did 30 hours in total which I think was the perfect amount of time for my experience.
The company was fantastic - the test date was organised for me which made life much easier as its so difficult to find suitable test dates with the backlog. Once that was booked I contacted my assigned instructor directly and we booked lessons backwards from the date. I really appreciated how flexible Makarios was with me. I am a nurse and I had to work around the lessons - he accommodated me with some last minute lessons time/date changes at short notice which was never easy to do with previous instructors and companies.
I felt very comfortable and safe throughout the lessons and can't recommend this programme enough. To pass first time was great!!!

I do not normally leave reviews, but my experience was so shocking that I feel as though I have no choice.

My instructor taught me over the course of around ten months. During that time, there were extended breaks of one to three months, in which communication was minimal or nonexistent. This is because he said he had private students which he would "prioritise" over me being a student from the company. Teaching would then recommence, but instead of the intensive course I had paid for I saw him once every two weeks (which he was without fail late for). There were multiple occasions where my instructor had said one time for a lesson, before changing the time on the day and falsely claiming that we had spoken about it prior.
During the actual lessons, my instructor seemed disinterested in my driving, and when he did pay attention he was ill-tempered and unhelpful (yelling and even swearing at me). We would spend very short periods of time practising manoeuvres, and when we came to practising them just before the test he expressed surprise and anger at my difficulty in performing them. This general disinterest in my driving led to me picking up unhelpful habits that he again was shocked to see and berated me over.
After accidentally scraping his wheel slightly, my instructor attempted to guilt trip and emotionally strong-arm me over half an hour into making me pay for a full set of replacement tyres. He said that if I failed to, he would cease teaching me. I refused to pay, but he did not follow through with his threat.
In addition to this, he was constantly on his phone which made me feel uncomfortable. He was not paying attention to what was going on around the car and I felt as though my money was being wasted.
I did not pass my test due to gaps in his curriculum, where road features I had never covered were on the test route. He in fact tried to convince me I had gotten the date of my test wrong by a week the day before my test was due to happen.
This, along with his demeaning attitude, general apathy towards my driving, and constant breaks in the middle of my lessons are indicative of his unprofessional conduct and I would be unwilling to recommend him to any student - especially a beginner driver unsure of themselves or low in confidence. I felt uncomfortable, disrespected, and couldn't wait to be free of him.

The company was very efficient and quick at replying to my queries. I thought their conduct was professional and I have few issues with them, though whenever I wanted to contact the company about my instructor they would inform him of everything I had said, with him immediately responding to me in a combative manner. This left me feeling unable to express my concerns and grievances. Additionally, when I requested to change instructors they twice refused despite the above, claiming there was no availability.

I would not recommend this intensive course, I would instead recommend going through an independent instructor as it will likely be cheaper and more time effective, and you are free to change instructor if you need.

My daughter paid upfront, been waiting almost a year, she's had an instructor who's gave her a 3 hrs lesson and cancelled at last minute every time, now she's asked for a refund after cancelling 3 tests because she hasn't got any experience still and he's blaming her, she has all the proof on messages of her not cancelling once, and he's making out she's lost him money when she's the one who's lost 1.5k, do not recommend, dave the instructer in yate BTW, we want her driving lessons or her money back or we will be taking legal action, she paid for a service she hasnt received that has been cancelled week after week since October

From beginning to end, I had a fantastic experience with Intensive Courses. Noel was very friendly and helped me choose the right course for me and my instructor, Shams, was brilliant. I was very nervous about starting to drive as I felt I had left it so late to start my lessons but Shams instantly put me at ease. I couldn’t have hoped for a better instructor. He was a great teacher with endless patience and helped me learn the skills and confidence I needed to pass the test my first time. Couldn’t recommend intensive courses and Shams more! thank you!!

My Drinving instructor Musaffar was amazing, he made me relaxed and comfortable from the first lesson. What I loved most about him is when I made a mistake or error, he used humour and made me laugh so I didn't feel like a failure. I would highly recommend Musaffar as a driving instructor, I passed my test 1st time today!

After having no luck myself attempting to try to find both an available practical test date, and also an automatic intensive driving course, I came across intensivecourses co uk in an internet search.
As a complete novice I booked the 38hr course. Noel found the earliest practical driving test for me locally, and assigned Steve Lowrie as my instructor. Steve was an excellent instructor, calm, patient and really knowledgeable, a thoroughly nice guy. Not only did he teach me all I needed to pass my test, he also gave me valuable experience on faster roads, and more difficult driving situations to ensure that I would be a safer more confident driver going forward. It was a pleasure to learn with Steve, thank you so much, you know how much this meant to me !
