Easy from start to finish! They sort everything out for you and are very flexible. We started lessons together in a new 2024 Mazda 3 almost daily from 2 weeks before the test and had another 90 minutes the morning before my test to get nice and warmed up. Yousouff was a fantastic, calm instructor who knew the test routes very well and ensured I was ready for test.

Proud to say with the combined efforts we passed with zero minors on the first try on a gorgeous July morning.

Would recommend to anyone who needs to pass and pass quickly! 10/10

As a very anxious person I was nervous to start my lessons but Elaine was so calm and patient with me throughout. I was able to be super flexible with my hours around childcare and work, and Elaine put me at ease in every lesson helping me build enough confidence to take my booked practical (I initially wanted to delay!) … and passed first time! Thanks for all your support Elaine and Intensive driving, would highly recommend!

Steve was an amazing instructor, he made learning to drive stress free and I was extremely comfortable, knowing he was giving me all of the tools I needed to pass my test. I passed first time and although I’m buzzing I’m also gutted we won’t have our sessions together anymore! Couldn’t recommend enough, thank you Steve and Intensive Courses for everything!

Intensive Courses Driving School were excellent from first phone call of inquiry to the receiving of exam details - always quick to answer any queries and able to explain in detail everything a beginner needs to know. Shams the instructor was fantastic - very calm and full of knowledge ... an excellent experience all around. And I passed first time!

I give 1 star because they did teach me a few things But: I was not well prepared for my test, the instructor was impatient and did not explain himself clearly. He refused to give me extra practice on the area where I needed it such as reverse parking which of course I could not do properly in the test. He refused to sit with me on the test when I asked because it was 'too boring' in his words.
I fail the test and I was not ready for it. They refused to give me extra lessons before the test when I asked for them. The communication with the school was inexistant once I had paid. I did not get value for money and with the competition in London I strongly suggestthat you bring your money somewhere else.

Jay was very informative and supportive in teaching me how to drive. Very efficient and fast in teaching me.

I practised with Stephen after taking a few years off from practising and passed the first time with him. He’s a great instructor and I’m very grateful for his support!

Passed First Time.

I booked a 30hr course though Intensive courses. My dealings with them was very brief. I made my first call to enquire in summer 2023, I was advised to have my Hazard and Theory test and then call back. I did that and in November 2023 I called back and booked. I was told I would be contacted by an Instructor soon. I was contacted the same day by Paresh who was amazing. He booked me the soonest test at my chosen test centre (booked for April 2024) and said he would send me a schedule of all my lessons leading up to the test via email. We arranged a 3 hour a day lesson and a 1 hour lesson just before my test so I could complete everything in a 2 week period.

Paresh was a great instructor. He always made me feel calm and has some great little techniques that help with things like parking to make it easier. I cannot thank Paresh enough for helping me. He is an amazing instructor.

Other than my 2 calls with Intensive courses I never had any contact from them until I got a congratulations email on the day I passed my test. All my contact was with my Instructor Paresh.

The only thing I think could've improved my experience was maybe a call/email just to check in and see how my experience was going or a reminder that the website had extra access that comes with your payment to help with your learning. Unfortunately, my own fault I forgot about this as I was so focused on my lessons I never used the website. I think you just forget as the test dates are quite a long wait at the moment, so from booking to my first lesson it was almost 6 months.

That I passed with in 10h due to my amazing instructor Yousouff would highly recommend to do lessons with him

Very easy to book the test, I was able to get lesson and test booked in within a couple of weeks thanks to the team at intensive courses. Yousouff my instructor was great really good lessons leading up to the test easy to digest getting through the essentials of my driving allowing me to understand everything for the test which I passed!

Having booked them after speaking with Noel who seemed both professional and a decent person, I was nothing but messed around by Intensive driving courses.
They’re documentation once you have paid a deposit states don’t leave lessons late up until your test. You then attempt to book these, however the instructor will then not book you in when you ask, will also request to cancel your lessons last minute, and only book lessons in right before your test, or change locations to suit them. Not once taking you on the route where your test would be.

I appreciate each instructor has their own style having had to go to another school entirely, but this teacher not only didn’t take me to the correct areas, but also had a car which was not functioning correctly. Making it almost impossible in that car to learn to use the clutch. I then requested to change to an automatic, based on the urgency at which I needed the licence and had been forced to have to move my existing test as not enough lessons could be completed.
I was given contact details to another driver. Who was simply rude, and it was clear that there was no way that I could work with that person.
Having been assured by the original instructor that they would refund the unused lessons which had been paid at a premium of 50% more than the hourly rate charged, and despite not requesting any of those funds back, they refused to pay these funds. I more than once asked them to honour what they had stated, but they chose to insist on returning only the cost of the £62 not the additional £270 paid.
Having booked an 18 hour course with them and then paying the instructor for additional 6 hours lessons I didn’t even do 12 hours with them. I didn’t ask for any of the 18 hours back, which of course they didn’t refund. The driving instructor stated they would categorically return the money for the extra 6 hours. I was also told by Noel that he would sort this out. However unsurprisingly they claim I took these lessons. I did not! I took 12 hours with them and paid for 24! 6 of which were charged at a premium.
I can on say that anyone looking to obtain their licence quickly and with a company that is honest and transparent, this company unfortunately is not. Having to organise getting a license is a stressful process and this company not only added to it, but will charge you a very high price to do so.
I’m sorry to have to write this, but this was honestly my experience of the company and would not want someone else to experience this when trying to achieve something for their life.
It is a shame that Noel has the instructors he does working for him, and if he chooses to use them, then he needs to accept that he will have to provide far better customer service as all this experience has been is stressful and a huge waste of money.

A really calm, helpful, patient instructor who recognises your weaknesses and how to improve them.

Surprising what a google search can do. I was a bit skeptical at first but with a bit of research I ended up giving intensive courses a go. Best thing I’ve done, from booking in, to my first lessons; seamlessly smooth operation.

I went for the 18 hour course instead of 14 hour, following Noel’s advice, better safe than sorry ay. My instructor, George - What a man!
Easy going, attentive to my needs and well articulated. Couldn’t have asked for a better instructor. I passed first time at Barking. Words are not enough to describe how thankful I am. Highly recommend George if you’re in East London.
