The urns themselves were beautiful, and my order came three days earlier than the estimated delivery date! The receipt in the package showed each of my items being checked off by hand in ink, meaning somebody personally made sure that everything I ordered was in the package. I'm very satisfied and in the unfortunate event that I'd have to order urns in the future, I'd go through In the Light Urns again.

From the beginning it was easy to do. The only issue was on my side, couldn't find the right pictures of my parents that I liked. But I finally did and completed everything online. We received the urns and they were AWESOME. Every family member is at awe with the results. And the cost was perfect.
