they was very helpful on the phone when i ordered and when I struggled with the banking.the goods were as ordered,and speedy delivery.

Great scooter for the price. A bit tricky to assemble the back wheels but very sturdy. Very heavy for car boot so be aware but good range and looks good.

No issues great service very friendly staff all good would definitely recommend

I ordered a scooter that should have arrived next working day but I was going to be in hospital on that day so I called & spoke to Denise who advised me to add a note to my order & she would look out for it!

True to her word my scooter delivery delayed so it would arrived day I was home!

Fedex did actually manage to send me date/time slot for delivery & then forgot to load my parcel! I called & spoke to Denise & again issue was sorted quickly!

I bought ex demo scooter which turned up in mint condition - complete with original packaging!

Super pleased with quality of scooter vs price paid & Customer Service I have received!

Dealt with invamed over the phone and through email great communication. I needed a scooter by Friday for upcoming appointments they definitely delivered above and beyond. Definitely recommend and will be using invamed again

Very fast delivery of my.mobility scooter which was also a great price and a good quality scooter. I have paid more for second hand scooters before. Had a technicali issue and Nia was a great help, passed.me onto Phil in the technical department and he sent me a new part right away. Would definitely recommend.

Swift service with no problems. Delivery charge was a bit steep though.

However the assembly instructions could be better some of the pictures were a bit difficult as pictures not clear

The scooter is great, once we found the fuse hidden in the plastic wrapping. The service was really quick. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered a Roma Denver Plus scooter on 25 May 2025 which arrived today 27 June 2025, and I am totally delighted with it. Excellent quality, very affordable and easy to put together.
The lady ( Nia Anderson ) who dealt with me at all stages was excellent in all that she did for me. I was so impressed with the personal service and up to date information throughout the process. I cannot praise her or the company highly enough.
The only fly in the ointment was that FedEx had the responsibility of delivery and were almost impossible to deal with when it was delayed for delivery.
However this has not put me off buying from Invamed in the future.

when my new Denver would not charge , they brought me another new one fully charged and ready to go within 2 days. One tiny criticsism the power levers could be a bit longer 3 finger widths not 2

I own a Denver plus 135 mobility scooter and have recently had a small problem with it. I contacted the company thinking I would have to return it for repair under guarantee. How relieved I was after sending them an email to receive a phone call next day to say an engineer would come to my home to do the repair. Here we are a few days later and Richard the engineer has just left and my scooter is as good as new.
I can highly recommend this company for their fabulous scooters and for their after sales service too. They are second to none.

Prompt delivery delivered into my home easy to assemble charged and was out on scooter the next day

Invamed were fantastic but I was severely let down by the couriers. Paid for next day delivery but took about four days.
