Excellent service.

What can I say? When I thought every door was closed to me I contactedthis company. The best thing I ever did. Competent, kind and professional, in the space of 10 minutes Tony had solved my problem and comprehensively answered my question...what a legend. Heartfelt thanks to this company. I cannot thank Sarah enough for her outstanding help in recovering my late father’s camera. I had sent it for servicing in 2023, but after that, the repairman stopped communicating and failed to return the camera, despite my repeated attempts to reach out. For nearly two years, I sought advice from multiple law firms, but none were willing to assist me.

Everything changed when Sarah took on my case in 2025. She quickly tracked down the repairman and, thanks to her persistence and expertise, the camera was returned to me the very same day she made contact. Sarah’s dedication, resourcefulness, and compassion truly set her apart. I am deeply grateful for her intervention and highly recommend her to anyone in need of effective and caring support.

I have never used PI before and wasn't sure what to expect, but Sarah was extremely clear about what she could and could not do, everything was done efficiently, discreetly, and promptly. And we had the desired results! Our worst fears confirmed, and we were able to use the information to extract our son from a dangerous, manipulative person. Sarah also gave us helpful advice on how to handle the situation once she had found out what we'd required. Without her help we would never have saved our son and probably made the situation ten times worse. Money really well spent.

I have used Insight Investigations on numerous occasions over the years, I have to say the service I have received has been exemplary regarding each case they have taken on, their customer focused approach is 100% at all times.
Have Insight Investigations exceeded my expectations as a customer, they certainly have done on all occasions.

ROGUE OPERATORS
I paid £900 for Insight to investigate a stalking ex and infidelity claims (recent). Tony confirmed within 24 hrs by email he could investigate and supply my answers. No verbal discussion took place. Tony asked me to provide as much information as possible; I gave him the full background of the person I wanted him to investigate. Communication was non existent, I chased many times over 4 months, increasingly concerned this was not a reputable company after prolonged radio silence, Tony finally admitted he couldn’t provide the answers or the service I had paid for. Insight/Tony said he’d run a background check instead. I advised I didn’t need or want this - it was not what I asked for. I didn’t need a background check on some one I knew well! I’d already provided Tony with all the background information on this person! Tony literally fed back to me, my own information in a different format, in a couple of paragraphs. I was told I would get a report! I made a formal complaint to Bev Flynn and asked for a full refund. Bev Flynn refused stating incredible lies, fabricating that I’d asked for a background check from the start. UNTRUE. Ms Flynn cut and pasted my email content from an email dated 29 April into an email dated 17 May in an attempt to discredit my complaint and gaslight me into believing my initial and only enquiry was a second enquiry 2 weeks later and I would have to be charged more!!!! It’s been a truly stressful and shocking experience. I’ve filed a court claim to get my money back.

I've been working with Insight Investigations for over 2 years now and they've always been great with communication and extremely professional.

This is not a company to be trusted, I have actually worked for them and they clearly don’t know the meaning of reliance from either a customer or a client.

I have used Insight for the 2nd successful time now. I was anxious over this as it was a very private matter. My, are you really that inept? You call yourselves Investigators and yet you can't even deduce who an e-mail is from when all the information is in your lap?!

Had you have carried out 'due diligence' you would have known that the e-mail was from the account of Ann Thomson but it referred to your dealings with me (go check your records properly... that's if you keep them but I'll give you a clue...my names at the top of this page)?!

That, just illustrates exactly, how inept/useless at detective work Insight Investigations are!

Where's my £780...hmmm, you've really shot yourself in the foot, here!
