Insight Investigations レビュー

I used Insight when I wanted to start legal proceedings against a landscaping company who badly let me down. From start to finish Insight were entirely professional and located an individual behind a bogus company, identified their name and their address and then served court papers on them promptly. They supported me through a very stressful situation and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an investigator.

I couldn’t recommend the team at insight more highly. I was extremely nervous about using a service like this but I felt looked after by Elliot and the team from start to finish. I was going through an extremely emotional period and I knew I could trust their guidance. I got the information I needed quickly and efficiently.

Very slow payers when they have instructed other agents to carry ou work for them. Definitely a company to be avoided.

As a family solicitor, I have used Insight's services a number of times over the last 10 years, as process servers and to locate respondents' whereabouts and I have always found them to be very efficient and reliable. I find Emma in particular to be very pleasant to deal with and extremely professional. They are very thorough and will go the extra mile to get the job done. I intend to keep using them for as long as the high standard of service continues and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Very quick and got the response I required the only complaint is the amount to pay was expensive for the query I had

Insight provides an excellent service. They are responsive to requests and quick to action them always keeping their clients informed. Their prices are competitive with a commercial approach. Highly recommended.

Always reliable, always able to help, and often go the extra mile to make sure the job gets done, usually against tight timescales

I had the pleasure of dealing with an Investigator named Karen.

She helped find an address of the mother of a lost friend who I was tracking down.

The team was polite, honest and so trustworthy to use I could not reccomend the Insight team enough!

excellent can't write as disabled

Insight Investigations delivers what they promise! The level of communications is very high. They make sure the job is done for the agreed prise. No sneeky attempts to charge extra!! I strongly recomend Insight Investigations. They know their business.

We were very happy with the service we received from insight, kept us up to date with everything and very polite staff

I would highly recommend.
We needed a will locating as the will writer had gone into administration 19 years before hand. Was imperative that we found it to stop a member of the family getting any of the estate. Paid our fee and within 24 hours they had found the will!

Absolutely brilliant service. Compassionate at a very sensitive and difficult time for me. Couldn't rate Karen high enough

Excellent service with very useful and helpful guidance.

The company is a fraud. They are scammers and nothing else. I signed up and paid for a service. Months came and went and I heard nothing from the guy ( Elliotts Jackson) . I emailed and call him many times and every time he was not available. He eventually replied after chasing any update when I threaten to start legal proceeding. All he said was investigating take time. It is now well over 15 months since I made payment and nothing so far. Once you depart with your money you are at their mercy if they will or won't even bother to investigate. You can do better job yourself.
