I joined Invictus complex care in June


I joined Invictus complex care in June this year as a bank member of staff, I’m now full time and also have the pleasure working at different packages meeting wonderful people.
what a fabulous caring company and team

Supportive team and a great place to work

I have been working at Invictus Complex Care as the Care Coordinator for a year now. This role was a completely new role for me, from my first day in the office I was made to feel welcome not only by the office staff but by the management team and nurse managers also.

Although the job can be at times demanding and stressful the support I receive from my manager and colleagues make a big difference.

The company care about each and every member of staff and provide a positive working environment. This year has taught me a lot, I have enjoyed my role and have been made to feel like a valued member of the team.
