My overall experience with Invigor Medical has been decent. Maddy is the person that made it better. She is very helpful. She answered all my questions, addressed my concerns, and worked diligently to correct the error with my address.

I requested another order of Trimix with a stronger formulation than the previous order. I was contacted by Maddy in short order and was very pleased with her professionalism in handling my request.

I spent a good deal of time placing an order with them because they were vague on delivery options to my rural locations where we experience thefts of parcels left unsecured. I made this VERY clear to their rep, and eventually informed them that I was buying and installing a locked parcel box ESPECIALLY for this Invigor delivery. I made this very clear to their rep, Brooklyn, in writing, before my purchase. Part of the delivery by UPS was delivered properly, but the second delivery two days later was left on the side of the county road,in plain view of strangers, and was stolen. They are now refusing to refund or replace, claiming it's my problem with UPS, but THEY are responsible for shipping problems, not me, and UPS won't take a complaint from me, only the sender. They just left me hanging; crappy, never do business with these people.

I dealt with Brooklyn and she made everything simple and easy. She did everything via text and I answered questions in my own timeframe. There was no 20min phone call. I just answered texts when I say they so it was like 0 time used.
