I called about switching my current prescription and she was able to switch it with no problem and even got it going the same day. After I made an order (assisting my partner) , we got an email to proceed with further steps of some medical evaluation, which we weren't notified prior making a payment. Asking for refund took a month, they refused to assist over t he email, and over the phone. We had to contact the bank, and report the fraud.

I had no idea what to expect when ordering injectables from an online company, but Invigor Medical completely exceeded my expectations. From the very beginning, their customer service was outstanding. They took the time to guide me through everything and made sure I felt supported—they genuinely cared.

Today, I had a very specific question and spoke with Brooklyn, who was incredibly helpful. She not only answered my questions clearly but also followed up with multiple texts, including a detailed dosing schedule and a summary of our conversation.
