The team was very patient and put a lot of effort into helping me solve my problem. The unit I had ordered was not working correctly and had to be replaced. After explaining the problem and replying to some questions that came up for clarification, I received a replacement unit.
Awesome experience, I think this company is really making an effort to keep their customers happy. In my experience, this is not the standard.

Bought a monitor arm, it has a small issue, but customer service handled it very well in no time. I recommend.

Got a new TV and the old bracket didn't fit well. Emailed them, they checked some details, and a few days later a new bracket arrived free of charge. No quibbles. Top class customer service. Also, the brackets themselves are well designed, sturdy and feel super secure.

EXCELLENT service!

I broke a plastic part on my monitor arm (my fault) and contacted Invision to see if they could sell me a spare.

They got back to me really quickly to tell me that they don't sell parts, but would see if they could find one.
Next day, I got a message to say they'd got one and would send it free-of-charge and it arrived today as promised.

Anne from Customer Care is amazing in her advice - she really does know her (Tv Bracket) onions! I had a fairly complicated tv frame issue with a big heavy non-VESA Sony Bravia. She advised which two Invision products to buy but also pointed the way for buying a small 3rd party bracket conversion kit. I installed the whole lot ands everything worked beautifully. Thank you Anne and Invision for the quality of your products.

Although my enquiry was of a minor nature, Lorna proved a very good ambassador for the company in providing exceptionally helpful service.

Located the TV bracket online, ordered from Invision with no difficulties, arrived next day.
This is a well made product and is simple enough to assemble and attach to the TV and wall. I did have to play around a bit with attaching the extension plates, the instructions could have been a little clearer, however it was soon resolved.
Would definitely recommend as the quality is great, the price is very competitive and delivery could not be better.

Exceptional customer service. I had a bit of a problem with one of the desk clamps for my dual monitor arm which basically rendered the whole unusable so desperately needed a replacement clamp. Anne went above and beyond with helping me get the parts I needed.

We bought 2 tv brackets about six years ago and we bought a new tv this year. The old base plate for the bracket did not fit on the new tv. I contacted invision to see if they could help me but I was not very hopeful but they came back to me within a day. A week later I received the new baseplate that fits my new tv completely for free. Excellent service!

Got the product on Amazon and it's great! Totally game changer for desk organization. Had a problem with the Dual Monitor Arm almost 3 years after buying it, and the customer support was awesome. Sent me a new one and treated me very good. 100% recommended!

The product design is perfect for our need. I was pleased with the quality, it seems sturdy and durable.
The assembly was mostly straight forward, though I think could have been made simpler with some extra nuts (i used my own to secure a tray).

When I reached out about the issue I was facing with my Invision monitor arm, it was immediately resolved by Victoria by sending a replacement and since then it's been working like a charm.

I bought an MX200 monitor arm to fit a 2nd monitor to my laptop desk. The arm is very sturdy and easy to fit, allowing easy adjustment of position for comfortable viewing.
I also ordered a NV100 Adapter Kit to fit a lightweight portable monitor, not realising the monitor was too thin to fix securely.
I raised a query with Invision's customer service who replied promptly. A simple and neat solution was found using some small M4 plastic-headed thumb screws. Invision offered compensation to cover the expense, but this was declined as the cost was minimal and I'd probably over-complicated the task.
I'm very happy with my purchase and reassured by Invision's excellent UK-based customer service.
